Bought this tv at the end of 2021, so have only had it a little over a year and it's already dead - of course just after the warranty expired. Black screen with an occasional low light flash. We've rebooted, reset, etc. and nothing helped. This is probably our 4th or 5th Samsung tv and we've been happy with them until now. This is probably the last one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV for watching Sports, Movies and TV shows in that order. Great overall picture. I thought about getting a higher quality TV, such as a Neo QLED or an OLED, but I didn't notice enough of a difference to justify the cost. Sound is loud enough to where I don't think I need a soundbar. Comes with tons of apps, no need for a Roku or even cable. I hooked up a chromecast which I use to occasionally cast my phone/laptop screen. Also, a big fan of Samsung TV, which has tons of cool channels built in for free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This isn't my first Samsung TV but it took me a week of messing around before I felt I was getting the most out of it. I would have liked a paper manual but the E-Manual worked OK after a bit of trial and error figuring things out. My biggest problem was interfacing the TV with my existing devices. Initially I set it up like I had with my prior Samsung: One HDMI out going from my sound amplifier to the TV, with all other devices going into the audio amps various HDMI in ports. This would mean source changes are done using the audio amp. With this setup I couldn't get a 4K signal. I bought new high speed cables but it didn't help. Finally it occurred to me that the problem might be the audio amp itself. It was seven years old. Perhaps it's interface couldn't handle 4K. That turned out to be correct. So I connected the HDMI cables from each device directly to the TV using a fiber optic cable to send sound out to the audio amp. Sound from optical isn't as good as sound via HDMI, but it's good enough. It would have been nice to have more info about hooking devices to the TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our Samsung for broadcast, streaming movies and podcasts, showing our photo albums, and plan to add our wii system as well. Picture quality is very good, even at 40 degree viewing angle. We like that we can view the tv from across the living room at the dining room table. Sound could be better - may add a sound bar later.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from a 55in 1080p HD tv and are extremely satisfied. Our living room has large windows, so glare used to be a huge problem. Since this is a QLED tv, the brightness can go much higher and does a great job of counteracting the natural light in our house. Not only that, but the contrast is incredible compared to what we're used to. Great, vibrant colors. Highly recommend this suite of products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is very nice. It has a beautiful picture and has various picture and sound settings to adjust it to your taste. I like the fact that it comes downloaded with many different streaming apps. The only thing I didn't like was that the HDMI 3 and optic ports aim to the rear of the TV rather than the side. To mount it flat against a surface I had to go buy a 90 degree HDMI cable and a 90 degree optic cable..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, as stated this 2021 Samsung tv is great! Enjoy the vibrant colors, ease of use and the brand new solar panel remote. I enjoy gaming and the experience “pops” on the screen. This is the second Samsung tv I have bought within the last year and I enjoy the integration of the common apps that are preloaded with the Smart tv features. I stream content on the tv and the transition from cable is seamlessly easy, but the ONLY issue I have had is with YouTube tv. The Tizen chip I have read, has caused a buffering issue with YouTube tv which causes me to reinstall the app or reboot the tv by unplugging it. I have reached out to try to find a resolution, but sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. New tv, new technology new integration issues! Everything else works great and I would recommend this tv to family and friends!

I like the fact it has a gaming function if I decide to buy an Xbox or PlayStation. I did end up purchasing a sound bar for better listening. The sound was ok for tv but not very good when streaming channels. The remote was a challenge. You have to push up on the bottom of the volume button to turn up the sound and push down to turn it down. I miss the separate buttons. The streaming apps work great and fast. Love this feature the most! The color was good one I adjusted to my preference. I am not a fan of the dynamic view. It's a little too bright. The standard view works for me. Overall it's a great tv!

The sound is not bad especially since I don't have a sound bar. What I like most is the screen picture along with the features like integrated Alexa and bluetooth options.
