It has never glitched or buffered once, and we use at least 12 devices on our network. The picture is the best I've seen on any TV I have ever owned! The colors are vivid and stand out, the back-lighting provide true black and white, and the clarity feels almost 3-D. The TV is only a week old, so I am still discovering great innovations and interactivity. I will check in again after we've had time to enjoy this amazing piece of technology!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really loved my previous tv~ or so I thought until I got my 65" Q60A Samsung QLED 4K TV. First of all, it is so thin and sleek that you really want to show it off. The picture quality is amazing, whether I am watching a drama or an action film. When we first installed it and turned it on, Jurassic Park was on. Wow, it seemed the dinosaurs were right here in my living room, cuz of the outstanding picture quality. The colors just POP off the screen, so bright and pretty. I really love it so much more than I even thought I could. It comes with a solar remote that is so easy to set up and use. Plus it has voice recognition, so you can easily find what you want to watch. From Smithsonian channel to Animal Planet to Acorn TV to The Equalizer on CBS, every show is a work of art to behold on this tv. Thank you Samsung for designing such an amazing tv. And thank you The Insiders for allowing me to share my experience with my new Samsung tv.

One of the features I like is the screen mirror with my phone which is a S21 Ultra. Very quick and easy to use. Will definitely invest in another in the future for my gaming console

Just replaced my 12 year old Samsung plasma due to screen burn from video games. Love the new tv. Not only is it more energy efficient, but the smart features and picture quality are amazing. I now own 3 Samsung tvs and will continue to purchase them in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is the first time I own a smart TV. Very user friendly. I am happy. Samsung Customer service was ok, One of the agents made me reset the TV to factory specifications after trying to solve a sound issue, which gave me extra work to re register the TV. The issue was later fixed with the help of ATT technician over the phone. It was only a matter to switch the sound input to stereo in the TV settings. I do miss the old style owner guide or full manual in paper book. It would make my and customer service job easier and faster.

It's convenient because it's a smart TV and all the features on it make living easy because you can use your phone to control it! So if you lose the remote no biggie! The picture quality wasn't as good as I'd like it to have been but no where was it a horrible viewing experience. A while watching the unit over standard cable wasn't a great experience the unit really stood out while watching things in 4k and playing my PS5. Colors popped and stood out, the black was deep and dark and the fluidity of the movie was perfect from fast pace action to slow dark romantic screens. Overall this unit was good and worth the money spent.
