We bought this new Samsung Q60A 75", it is a great picture and the set up was quite easy, a few hiccups. There are not a lot of Instructions that come with the TV so plug it in and follow everything on screen. I think a short tutorial on screen may have been helpful but we found stuff on line to help. There is one negative! Dark images always have a cloudy texture to them rather pure black. Example when credits of a movie come on or some night scenes will often have this same cloudy image. We tried adjusting the setting but it did not help. It is not excessive, but it certainly makes it so the TV is not perfect!

Instructions to unbox and install the product were given in a way that can be easily found and followed, and I love the fact that the package was designed to help reduce waste! Having access to information about such company's value on a product packaging is very important to me because it tells me that the company is serious about Going Green, and I always love to support companies that cares about environment. To set up the TV, there was an option to set it up via Samsung App which I didn't have on my existing TCL that has built-in Roku. Best thing about this TV is that I can connect it to my Amazon Alexa and Google Homes, and also the fact that I have direct access to a lot of Internet TV which displays on TV menu as if I have cable TV. Without having to log onto separate internet account, I could watch different shows already. Quality wise, color is very vivid and it gives me a feeling as if I am watching 3D TV although this model isn't 3D TV (I ran a few 4K YouTube videos to test out the quality and this one is definitely different than my two year old 50 inch 4K Samsung TV). Considering the retail price, this model is definitely worth the money and I am very happy about the purchase:)

Once we got it home and opened the box we were amazed at just how thin the set was... and once hung on the wall it is more like a piece of art than just a television. With the Samsung soundbar mounted directly beneath it looks beautiful. The picture is nothing short of magnificent and the sound quality even without a sound bar is very crisp and clear. We made the decision to buy a Smart TV with the sole purpose of cutting the cable and this TV has made it incredibly simple. Just power it up with the remote and it guides you thru the whole set up process. It even has the apps on the home screen to direct you to your chosen provider. You can't ask for more. We especially like the Alexa app... so simple to just ask Alexa to take you to the program you want. By far this is the best investment in home electronics that we have ever made and we highly recommend it.

When you sit in front of this TV the colors can captivate you and keep you admiring how brilliant and rich the colors are. We love watching the the Wildlife shows on Nat Geo, that we could watch it for days on end feeling immersed in the show because of how beautiful the Qled 4k delivers on picture quality and sharpness to make you feel as if you are right there during filming. Anything you watch will have you sitting on the edge of your seat for hours on end. I find the interface on the TV is so easy to use which is another great quality that Samsung has outdone themselves making this the best TV I have ever purchased. Stunning picture. Beautiful design, Captivating Quality with apps and easy setup. What more can you ask for! We love it

Remote is a bit limited in ease of use. Still easier to use cable remote, then, at times, have to use TV remote, and, stereo remote.... haven't seen a remote yet that does it all.

My two other Samsungs were easy to find inputs, rename, etc. I expected the same with this newer model. Unfortunately not all things get better with time. I was able to figure it out with a few YouTube videos. Also, I would have probably been able to fix the issue much sooner if a manual was provided. Another unwelcome change from my older models. BTW, the older models I'm referring to were from 2017 and 2018, so not that old.

We have more to watch than we ever did with cable. If you want a superb picture and an awesome streaming experience, this is the one to buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first step into 4K UHD and I can honestly say that I am very satisfied with my purchase in both terms of value and overall viewing experience. as with any new device of this type I spent a few weeks tweaking and fiddling with the settings getting familiar and comfortable with adjusting the set and how to best fit it into my my environment. I feel no regret and plenty of satisfaction with this purchase, I'm not sure what more you can ask for.
