I use it for everyday use, rather if I use it for; Cable, TV provider, gaming, connect laptop or computer. Overall all around sweet TV for any purpose. Picture is great & Sound is mind-blowing. Must Invest!

The dark and light have pretty good contrast. The TV has alot of apps as well as integration to Alexa; no more looking for the remote. I would definitely recommend this to any one looking for a smart 4k display.

This was opportunity to buy one! We use the tv to mainly stream channels, we are not on cable or satellite tv. I also like the channels that come with Samsung TV. I need to compare to some other streams to see if I have an overlap. But, for now we are enjoying having a nice clear, real like picture. It feels like we are watching something live!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vivid, vibrant colors, easy to set up - automatically synced to my husbands' headphones. Very thin and lightweight TV, so if a consumer wants to have it mounted on a wall, it would be an easy process. Very happy thus far with this purchase.

Samsung Customer service was ok, One of the agents made me reset the TV to factory specifications after trying to solve a sound issue, which gave me extra work to re register the TV. The issue was later fixed with the help of ATT technician over the phone. It was only a matter to switch the sound input to stereo in the TV settings. I do miss the old style owner guide or full manual in paper book. It would make my and customer service job easier and faster.

We absolutely love Samsung's TVs for their simple user interface, great design of the remote, and superior picture quality. We presently own two Samsung TVs - the 65" for which I am writing now, and a 43" QLED 4K that we purchased just recently for our bedroom. Both TVs are absolutely amazing and give us such pleasure. When we sit down to watch TV we want to relax and be entertained - both would be impossible without our fantastic Samsung TVs and their sound bars as well (we have a Samsung sound bar with subwoofer on both TVs). The quality of their products is unparalleled (and we know because we've owned numerous high-end brands). We never have a problem, never need technical service, and never regret our decision to purchase and stay with Samsung.
