This unit has the best picture quality of any tv I have ever owned. The only downside is that I didn't listen the the guy selling the tv and get the one version higher than what I have so now on super fast paced movies I notice tearing in the image because of the refresh rates. Next TV I buy will have me paying attention to the little details like that. If that's not something you notice then buy this unit for sure.

Great picture and the sound works well with the sound bar and woofer we purchased with it. Some of the apps don't remember your sign in, so that has been a bit annoying having to login every time we open the app. Hopefully there's a fix for this, but haven't researched yet. Happy otherwise and would have given 5 stars if the apps remembered the login info.

Sam's comes through again. Great T.V., looks awesome in the house, and the picture clarity is phenomenal. It's a big T.V., with big colors, and without a big price. Your won't be disappointed with this T.V. I added the Xbox X and the graphics on this system are lifelike. Amazing!

Feels like its going to die half the time I turn it on. Blue screen, then no picture, or black screen then a little hint of a signal. Usually a couple power offs and on and were good again. Im worried this will just die completely the day after the warranty is done.

The TV is great., but If you get the extended warranty, BE SURE, it's been registered with ALLSTATE/SQUARE TRADE and you have the original receipt. If you don't you will probably be left holding the bag. The other thing is, Customer Service Reps are NOT US. English is the 2'd or 3'rd language.

Easy to set up and access the settings and features but the picture quality is sub par. My 4-year old 55” Samsung 4K TV and 8-year old 60” Samsung plasma have much better picture quality and smoothness of motion. I've tried all the picture setting adjustments with no success. Picture is either too sharp (soap opera effect) or too grainy and dark (filmmaker mode or with picture clarity adjustments off). I also haven't been able to accurately sync the voices with Netflix and blu-ray. Never an issue out of the box with other TVs. On the fence if I will return the TV.

We upgraded from an 8 year old 42-in LED TV mounted above a fireplace. This 55-in Samsung fits that space very nicely -- the bezels are thin and the TV itself is thinner than any framed art. This is a bright room with direct sunlight and it performs well. The e-ARC connection to our Klipsch soundbar is fantastic -- the TV handles all the soundbar commands for power, volume, and mute. The Universal Samsung remote is very capable. It can even run our Amazon FireTV Stick which is a very nice-to-have capability. QLED 4K picture is what you'd expect -- nice and crisp.

We would definitely recommend an instruction manual to be given with the tv. Reviewing everything online is unsatisfactory. We are still learning how to operate. The small remote is too small and difficult to interpret the buttons. The remote should be bigger and more user friendly. The picture is clear and great colour.

SAMSUNG 55" Class QLED 4K. I purchased this tv on November 19 and had wanted to wait a few weeks to write my review. I love my tv. It is beautiful! The 55 inch is the perfect size for me, not to big, nor to small. I love the sleek look of the tv itself. Picture and sound are great, too. I love the ambient mode feature that allows me to look at beautiful images instead of having to stare at a black screen when the tv is off, and the fact that I can easily cast my Samsung phone effortless to the tv. The remote control is ok, but it did take a day or two to get used to. I did order an additional remote from Amazon that looks just like the original except that it requires batteries. The remote that comes with the tv doesn't have the button to be able to turn on directly the tv in ambient mode. The remote I got from Amazon does. The only slight disappointment I do have is that I got this tv thinking I was able to view movies at the full 55 inch the tv provides, however that is not the case with movies on Netflix, Amazon, Disney Plus and I suppose other apps as well. This has to do with the format the movie is actually produced. This tv does not allow to zoom in or adjust the picture size in any other size then the standard. Big disappointment for me! Therefore I get the black bars on the top and bottom of the screen. The best adjustment I have been able to find for this is the cast the movie from my Samsung phone. I can adjust the movie on my cellphone to fill the screen, therefore I am able to almost completely fill the screen on the tv as well. However, movies that you view on the Samsung tv itself or Youtube videos are full screen.

Great size with a super clear picture. Football games are like being on the field with the players.
