Bought 3 years ago. Having issues with lines appearing in the screen. Samsung support answer was that is out of warranty

I had this tv for 6 months and 2 horizon discoloration came up on the left side. One being 2 in across and the 2nd 12 inches . Tv was perfect until one day just turning it on.

Best tv I have ever owned. ❤️ Every Aspect of this tv is perfect. Can share all my other wifi linked players with it, eg stereo,xbox,blue Ray and my bedroom tv. Perfect !!!

White lines running across the whole screen, samsung are refusing to help with this saying its within spec, its not and its very noticeable when viewing, on the whole a very disappointing experience and i wont be purchasing samsung products in the future

I just got the Q60AA (2021) and would have given it a 5 star rating if I didn't realize that some common applications like Crave do not work on this model. Customer care tried to resolve it remotely but couldn't even find the app listed on the Smart hub. Samsung! Please try to fix this
