I’ve eaten these all my life and the last few boxes/year I’ve purchased are super thin and much smaller then they used to be. They also don't toast up the same. Either they end being hard as rock to get it full toasted, or half raw. The flavor also is not the same, this is including all the flavored ones too. Guess I am going to have to look at other brands!!

The newer recipe is sweeter and the texture is different. I have changed over to the minis on most occasions because they still taste like the originals. When ever I eat the homestyle ones I have to lather it in syrup when I use to be able to pop them in the toaster and eat them as they came out. Please don't change the minis because then you will lose a customer. :(

I am a mother of 3 young children. They absolutely LOVE Eggo waffles. They are a staple to their daily diet and look forward to breakfast for them. Whether they eat the plain, with butter, syrup or Nutella, Eggo waffles are a must have in our household at all times!

Eggo waffles could have been found in our freezer 30 years ago to the present. They were a snack or a quick breakfast for my daughter growing up and even as a toddler I would even give her a frozen one to munch on. Now 30 years later I still buy them but this time they’re for me. I eat them right from the toaster with either a tad of butter or a sprinkle of sugar.

I ate Homestyle eggos for years when I wouldn't have considered buying any other frozen waffle. Perfect taste and texture. But then Kelloggs doubled the amount of sugar. BOO!!! Now it's much too sweet for my taste, even if I eat them without syrup. If I want a sugar bomb, I'll have a cookie or a poptart

Eggo waffles are always a super easy delicious choice and the characters…baby yoda/Grogu or The Mandalorian…add some fun to breakfast. The cards on the back of the box were great! Also I really appreciated the resealable tape on the waffle packaging.

They taste just as delicious. Fit perfectly in the toaster and has all the nostalgia of the Eggos when I was a child.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So we already loved these miniature versions of our favorite full sized breakfast but the addition of some of our favorite characters and somehow they made it even better and even more fun at the breakfast table with some Star Wars character battles.

We’ve bought Homestyle waffles for years. We primarily ate right out of the toaster, without any toppings. We were sad to learn that the recipe was changed. Would’ve also been courteous for Kellogg’s to label the box “new recipe.” At any rate, sadly we will no longer be buying Eggo’s. The new recipe is far too sweet & has a vanilla flavor as well.
