This exceeded our vision of how this would look in our patio area. The construction took our 3 adult children about 4.5 hours and directions were pretty right on!

The pergolas directions are very good just not great. Some of the barrel nuts had to much paint on them causing cross threading. Overall really love the finished product.

Took us about 5 hours to assemble but the directions were very simple and easy to understand. Had no issues with missing parts. Finished product looks amazing. Solid construction and great quality. Exceeded expectations.

Picked this up for Mothers Day and just finished putting it together. Part of the bar is cracked so it is not usable. I bought one last year and its a little different but I didn't have any problems with that one :( Called Sams and never could get through to anyone to help me see if they could replace it.

This pergola wasn't 10 x 14 as we were building we noticed it seemed much smaller than the one we saw in the store that they had on display. Upon measuring it came out 8.5 x 11.5. ( from outer leg to outer leg). Needless to say I'm not happy. The wood is cheap some pieces were cracked when we took them out of the box, but the darn thing is built can't take the 3 boxes back now. I paid for a 10 x 14 even the box says it's 10 x 14, upon calling the store I was told there wasn't much they could do. It's a rip off.
