It looks like you purchased our Moderate Absorbency Regular length pad. These pads are the smaller because they are designed for lighter and moderate leaks. The next absorbency up is the Maximum. The most absorbent pad is the Ultimate Long Length. I recommend the Ultimate for more absorbency and coverage. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to call us at 888-301-0332.
