[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this dryer since December and I absolutely love it. It's very quiet and dries efficiently without baking my clothes. It also has a steam feature that I didn't know I needed, but now I can't live without. One of the features I particularly enjoy is that it's smart and connected to my Samsung smart TV. Instead of relying on a buzzer or beeps to let me know my load is finished, I get a message on the TV telling me the cycle is complete. Who doesn't love that kind of technology?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this dryer for 4 months and couldn't be happier with it. It dries well and quickly, while adjusting the time as needed so that it never over dries my clothes to the point of worrying about shrinkage. Also, the sanitizing options is great and I often use it to dry clean clothes at home, since the steam saturates the clothes and allows the dry cleaning cloths to last longer before drying out so I don't need to confine the clothes to a dry cleaning bag.

Do not purchase this model!! I received a defective dryer and they sent me a replacement for it. That replacement also came defective. They sent another replacement and that too was also defective. My whole experience was a nightmare. If you read reviews on this model, so many other customers has experienced the same thing.

We have never used the steam sanitizer function and are not able to comment on the function. Will try to explore in the near future. We have been fans of Samsung products for decades from cell phone, TV , kitchen appliances and washer and dryers. We are comfortable in selecting Samsung products due to our trust relationship with the brand name.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No damp clothes ever. The dryer is intuitive and adjusts drying times to ensure perfectly dried clothes every time. I love the larger capacity for towels and bedding. Plus, the ivory color scheme is stunning.

Bought this 12 hours ago. Ran first cycle and annoying buzzing sound came on and off during cycle. Sounded like motor was defective right out of the box. Samsung needs to fire some QC folks or engineers if this is the same problem with all of the comments thus far.

I've never had a washer or dryer that would hold a Cal King comforter and still have room! One of my favorite features is the refresh cycle. It dampers the clothes and re dries them taking out the wrinkles after sitting for a day! Love everything about my new dryer!

these are seemingly being shipped defective from the factory. first time turning on there was a high pitched grinding noise coming from the timbler, which has been described in other reviews as well. had a replacement sent and the new unit immediately made the same noise. this should be pulled from sales.
