Runs quiet, looks sharp, and gets the job done fast. I love that it connects with SmartThings so I get alerts when it’s done and can run it remotely. Paired with the matching washer, it’s a smooth, smart setup that makes laundry way easier. Definitely recommend if you want something fast, quiet, and high-capacity.

these are seemingly being shipped defective from the factory. first time turning on there was a high pitched grinding noise coming from the timbler, which has been described in other reviews as well. had a replacement sent and the new unit immediately made the same noise. this should be pulled from sales.

The vast number of feature is a bit overwhelming, but is easy to find what we need and has thus far done a great job. The app is nice, but it would be nice if it had more of a live interaction with the dryer as in what the dryer sensors are detecting.

Do not purchase this model!! I received a defective dryer and they sent me a replacement for it. That replacement also came defective. They sent another replacement and that too was also defective. My whole experience was a nightmare. If you read reviews on this model, so many other customers has experienced the same thing.
