I just received my griddle. I ordered it and the delivery was flawless. It arrived on-time and the delivery guys were great! The instructions were clear and it went together easily (although there are a lot of screws). You will probably need a second person to set the griddle top on the cabinet. I seasoned the griddle last night and now I'm ready to cook!

Was looking into getting the Blackstone griddle with the hood cover, but went to Sam's club and I saw this beauty for less the money. I had to wait a few weeks for my store to have it back in stock, since the shipping wasn't free. but it was worth the wait. Took me about an hour to put it together by myself, season it and BOOOOOMMMM made some Tacos.....

I've been very impressed with this griddle. Heats evenly and is very well made. I was unsure about the front grease management, but I've ended up loving it. It works well and does not get in my way like I thought it might. I had no issues putting the unit together and found the process pretty easy. I'm not sure why some other reviewers had so much trouble. I wish they made a cover specifically for it, but I was able to find a nice one that fits from another brand without breaking the bank. If I had a complaint on performance, it would be that it's a little difficult to get a really low flame, but I may address that with a new adjustable regulator.

Cooks faster than a normal grill, it's something to get use to,assemble was very easy. I wish the drawers would open fully instead of halfway. Everything i have cooked has been delicious and the clean is easy also.I would highly recommend the griddle from Sam's.

When box was open the heat deflector shield was bent so I called members mark and they got me the part I needed abs I replaced it ..set up for first start and all 5 of the igniter will not work so I called back abs they have another part on the way if this don't work my 90 day window I'll probably return it i hope it works cause I can imagine this being a dream to cook on

I bought this for my husband's birthday and he hasn't shut up about how much he loves it. It was easy to put together, especially with 2 people. He has always grilled great steaks but when he made us steaks on this flat top they were THE BEST STEAKS I HAVE EVER HAD! I would recommend this to anyone interested in a flat top grill. You can't beat the price.

We are very impressed with this griddle! Great price, huge cooking area, it heats evenly, nice lid and lots of storage. What's not to love?

5 burner griddle great love it but why you have 3 - 4 burners in stock and cant find them? Wanted to buy one for my school.

Nice quality product and price. Took me about 2 hours to assemble but at the end it turned as I wanted.
