I stalked this griddle for a month, checking area Sam's Clubs until I was finally able to nab one 45 minutes away. Ordered online on a Wednesday, I scheduled pickup for Friday evening and was quickly in possession of my new toy. Assembly was pretty straightforward - as long as you have plenty of space to unpack everything and a second person to help lift the griddle/lid unit (one heavy piece). I used the printed directions, not the 3D app. Do your homework on the seasoning process - I used too much oil and it blistered in some areas, so I had to clean and re-season. It comes only with two drip pans and one scraper, so buy a starter kit of griddle tools and save yourself another trip to the store. So far in the two weeks I've had it, I've made smashed burgers, pancakes, bacon, potatoes, chicken fried rice - all of which has gotten easier and improved the seasoning/slickness of the griddle top. It's larger and heavier than I expected, so don't plan on maneuvering it like you do your average gas grill. I'd strongly encourage you to do your homework online with recipes and advice about proper cooking technique - it's faster and hotter than grilling, so there's some learning curve. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the purchase.

It was love at first bite! My husband wanted this so bad I got it as a gift for his birthday. He absolutely loves it. He even complimented the easy to put together instructions. Last time he bought a grill it was overwhelming and he appreciated the simple instructions. He also loves the grease trap and much easier clean up and has thought about a bigger one.

Love It!!! Pretty simple to put together. I love the 5 burner design which allows me to run 4 at various levels and leave either side on low or off for warming. The drawers are decent size and the fold down sides are sturdy. The griddle top was easy to season and is pretty easy to clean especially since the grease tray is accessed from the front. My only regret was not buying one when they initially hit the stores. I was sure not going to make that mistake again and made sure to snatch one up as soon as my local store had one in stock.

I just received my griddle. I ordered it and the delivery was flawless. It arrived on-time and the delivery guys were great! The instructions were clear and it went together easily (although there are a lot of screws). You will probably need a second person to set the griddle top on the cabinet. I seasoned the griddle last night and now I'm ready to cook!

Awesome griddle grill. Had to drive to Slidell, Louisiana from Mobile, Alabama to get it but well worth the trip. Took about 2.5 hours to assemble. Also make sure you have 2 people because it is very heavy. Took about 3 hours to get it seasoned. Just follow directions which are easy to follow. Cooks flawlessly. Have cooked multiple meals on it. Very happy about the purchase.

My husband is an avid outdoor cook. I bought him a smaller Blackstone griddle and he loved it and wanted something bigger. This is not a Blackstone but this is AMAZING! 5 burners instead of 4, the hood, storage and two side prep stations. MUCH better value for less money! Easy to season and start cooking on and the hidden grease trap is easy to access. Assembly was a breeze as well although you will need two people or arms like Stretch Armstrong.

Great product!!! Was easy to ensamble. My family use it every day to cook delicious food.

Awesome grill works great if they could add one thing make the back of the grill solid so the drawers are protected

5 burner griddle great love it but why you have 3 - 4 burners in stock and cant find them? Wanted to buy one for my school.

Awesome that's all just awesome . Makes the best bacon hash browns burgers ever. Wasn't hard to assemble . Everything is great.
