Nice packaging, easy assembly (2 person lift for the cooktop/hood assembly), exposed welds all look perfect, hidden welds are all acceptable. The propane flex hose reaches my bottles, but should have been a couple inches longer to avoid stress on the hose. Burners light with no issues, and it cooks as expected. I don't like how taut the propane hose is for the bottle connection but it can be connected so i won't take away a star for that.

I love this grill. The flat top is perfect to cook all kinds of food without worrying about food falling through the spaces in a traditional grill. It did take about 2 hours to put together and I definitely recommended cleaning the cook top before using it and adding a non stick substance like olive oil to the grill so the food doesn't stick.

We love our griddle! It cooks quickly and easy to clean. We have had it for a week now and have cooked five out of seven meals on it. Easy assembly, the directions were easy to follow. Wish they had labeled the doors to make it even easier but we figured it out.

Great experience so far with some learning curve. I traveled 3 hours from my location to pick up from the nearest club. Suggestion: the cover should be redesigned to extend to the back fully, similar to Blackstone griddle. Dust enters through the back. The product is too good for the back not to be covered.

Looks and seems like a quality grill/griddle. Heavier than expected and box much larger than expected. Pickup requires a pickup truck or larger SUV. Time will tell on the longevity. Gas supply could be just a little longer for ease of installing propane tank.

I love our new griddle. It has a large cooking surface which makes it easy to cook different foods all at once for a large family. We have cooked every meal on our griddle. What I love the most is it cooks evenly from side to side, and you can control the temperature from one side to the other.

Members Mark 5 burner grill works great. It was a bit of a chore to assemble and they could have packaged product with a little more thought to reduce assembly. No adjustment for door or drawers as they have slight alignment issues and leave inconsistent gaps around frame of unit.

I was just about to buy a Blackstone and was in Sam's and seen this. Went home did a little research and read the reviews. After some consideration I took a chance and picked one up the next day. A fantastic purchase. I have cooked on it already over a dozen times from smash burgers, to philly cheese steak, to chicken quesadillas, and several breakfast. No complaints so far and saved hundreds compared to a comparable blackstone.

Very good griddle for the price I was looking at the blackstone pro then found this one which is almost identical for $200 less and the one from Sam's club is all stainless the blackstone is not it's just painted silver. It was pretty simple to assemble directions are easy to follow. Once I followed directions on seasoning it up then started to cook on it I realized it runs hot when using all 5 burners so I just use 3 burners one on each end and the one in the middle. You can use all 5 to get it preheated quicker if need be but I recommend to use just 3 burners to cook. Bonus you will use less propane that way also. It toast bread really quick I got a blackstone keep warm rack so I can toast bread then keep warm on rack it's sweet. Then I can focus on cooking makes killer smash burgers,philly steak,roast beef French dips, can make a huge breakfast all at once cooks bacon so good make a dozen scrambled eggs in just minutes freaking awesome I season with oil or bacon grease before and after every cook it is making some ridiculous tasting food even the toast for breakfast taste soo good I recommend you get this griddle if your looking for $299 you can not beat it!! I know people with blackstone I actually think this one is just as good or better in all aspects. Just get blackstone as accessories!!

Absolutely love this griddle! The price was definitely right, when compared to Blackstone and other similar griddles. We have used it now for over a month quite frequently. It was very easy to season, and there is a bit of a learning curve involved, if you've never cooked on a griddle before, in learning how many burners to use, where your hottest areas are, and how you can use some areas of the griddle for warming and sauteing without turning on all the burners. Some assembly is involved and a little heavy lifting, but my husband was able to do it all without me, and only managed to put a tiny unnoticeable dent in it in the process. The only way to improve it from my perspective would be to add a magnetic strip in the front of the side tables for quick access to tools, instead of them being on the side. The two drawers are really nice to have. I do recommend purchasing a mat to protect your floors from splatters. I picked up a Cuisinart one at a great price.
