I've had this for several months now and haven't had any issues. Easy assembly, works great, and looks great. As far as the reviews that mention warping; this will happen on any griddle that is extremely hot and the exposed to large amounts of extremely cold food or water. You can see them same complaints in the reviews of other brands. Use common sense on that. If you have a burner that doesn't light out of the box, just adjust the igniter so it's closer to the burner. My parents and siblings liked mine so much they bought their own.

I bought this grill in the hope that it would compare favorably with Weber grills. I was disappointed that it didn't heat up to sufficient temperature to sear steaks or burgers. This deficiency makes it nearly impossible to cook a good rare steak. The addition of a sear station might help. It does a good job with lower temp cooking like chicken, hot dogs, porkchops, and the like.

Loving the griddle so far BUT they have to lose stars because they don't have a rain cover for it. They made a unique size griddle so none of the other mainstream brands covers fit. I can't even find an off brand, generic one that will fit since those are based on the mainstream brands dimensions. Water will destroy the griddle and not having a cover for it is a huge oversight. Not everyone has giant covered patios to protect their stuff. The griddle itself seems great though. Assembly took a little while but was very simple. It's very easy to use, the drawers are a good size, the side shelves are large enough to hold whatever we need, the front edge of the griddle is a great warming spot. Definitely recommend as far as the griddle itself, just gotta figure out how to protect it from the weather.

The grill was easily put together and an hour or so. I guess it's the people complaining that the holes don't line up likely tried to build the drawers backwards. The holes line up perfectly if right and left sides are oriented properly. Other complaints about the gas line being short are true, it should be longer... but it's manageable. The one item I would improve on this grill is the lid hinges to get them out of the corners of the griddle surface. The protruding bolts that stick out inside the grill make it hard to clean out the back corners. I'm going to look into fitting some sex nuts that would mount flush on the inside walls of the back corners. Other than that, really enjoying cooking outside with this item!

I don't take time to write reviews very often even though I rely heavily upon them. I'm writing this because I'm new to outdoor griddles and thought others might be as well. First off, the quality is exactly what I expected from members mark... excellent. I have a 15 yr old members mark grill I still use so I was not so concerned about quality other than some other reviews I read. I downloaded the “BILT” app and the instructions were perfect. It took me roughly an hour to complete assembly and it all fit perfectly. I would say precision engineered. It took about an hour to get it seasoned and I must say... I'm glad my curiosity about griddles got the best of me and members mark came through. It cooks very good for large meals as well as small. I've had it full from edge to edge one evening and made myself breakfast on just 1 burner the next morning. I am expecting years of service from this griddle and can honestly recommend it to others.

Every griddle rusts especially if you keep it stored outside. Even with a cover it will rust. You have to know how to care for your cooktop. Very similar to cast iron skillet. clean and season it after each use. It should last you a lifetime! Those that complain about Warping, you probably are cooking way too hot. learn to use your burners! Sheesh! do some research and enjoy this great piece of equipment!

Wonderful purchase. Easy assembly, but somewhat ambiguous seasoning instructions. IMO thin coats of oil and low heat are best for that process.

We loved the griddle actually waited a month for it to come on stock. Cooked on it 3 times and on the 3rd time griddle warped and flung into the air. Very disappointed.
