The sound is nothing amazing but passable enough for me since I didn't want to spend money for top tier buds. Problems started to occur 6 months in though... diminished sound that goes in and out intermittently where one side would be louder than the other.

I bought these for Christmas for my girls. Every year I seem to end up buying them some sort of headphones. Once they connected them and used them they were so happy with them. They said they sounded the best out of all of the ones I've bought in the past (and I tend not to buy cheap ones). I am so happy with this product!

I wore my JBLs while resurfacing my driveway. I put them in my coaches shorts when done. I was pretty dirty and tired so I got ready for my shower. I threw my close in the washer. My wife just dumped the laundry on the bed and one rolled out. The ear bud was the left one and you need the right one to them on. She found the second one. I put them in the charger for a few minutes. THEY STILL WORK!!! They went threw the washer and dryer and still work!!!

I'm sure they are great sounding but it's hard for me to know. They continuously fall out of my ears. I have incredibly small ear canals. Even the small silicon/rubber? cover is too big. I can't possibly be the only person with small ears! Why is it so hard to make small earbuds? These are made to fit into the ear held in by the cartilage in the ear which works but it hurts. I have to use a little bit of cotton to keep it from touching my skin and I am using a headband to keep them from falling out. I can't wear them for long because they hurt. Why not cover the plastic with something soft to cushion them? Maybe shape the rubber piece like an actual ear canal opening? I'm so upset about these. I purchased them elsewhere where their return policy is unreasonable and I can't return them. I'm stuck with them and can't even enjoy them. So for me they are just like all the other ear buds that I've tried. It's very disappointing. Thank you.

The sound is amazing with these headphones, they have great features like call and pause and play. They just aren't for people with small ear holes. They are constantly pushing out of my ear and I have the smallest buds on it. If you have big ears definitely check them out

Bought these headphones to replace my old ones from work, I like the earbuds themselves, but have noticed that my charging light won't turn off with the earbuds in the charging case. Is it because they're charging the earbuds? Or an I missing something?

I have had these earbuds for awhile and they have been through so much. Today though they had their ultimate test, getting run over by a car. I found the pod had popped open but the ear bud still worked, and still charges within the case. If you are as clumsy as I am I recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Battery life is excellent, sound is sharp, overall fit is on point. I used these while I was cleaning my garage over the weekend. Then did yardwork. Then did laundry all from a previous overnight charge. Surprisingly it did not come off nor the battery died even in the cold weather. These pods are dependable and noise canceling too as my kids had to tap me on the shoulder as I don't hear them calling me.

Also, the sound quality is definitely to tier, you can absolutely notice that JBL did an amazing job in these 10/10 headphone.
