The sound is just fine, speaker not so fine

The sound quality is decent but these are unusable because people on the other end of my calls can't hear me very well.

Worst purchase ever.

I normally never write reviews, but I've been so disappointed with these earbuds. The left earbud won't stay paired up. It disconnects after a few minutes. I've tried to troubleshoot the problem from what I've read online. It just doesn't help!!

Crappy

No bass and volume is low. My no name earbuds are 3x better than this. Expected more from JBL. Will be returning can't imagine paying full price for these.

multiple problems

i just bought them, i cant connect them to the app in any capacity, and the left bud has become significantly quieter than the left, to the point it is nearly useless. i cant get in contact with anyone to solve my problems so i am now being pety

MUST BUY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i got it today charged it and works with my samsung galaxy 20+ i'm going to refer anybody that doesn't like air pods to try these they are very comfortable in the ears and the sound is AMAZING very well put together

Ok sound but started having issues 6 months later

The sound is nothing amazing but passable enough for me since I didn't want to spend money for top tier buds. Problems started to occur 6 months in though... diminished sound that goes in and out intermittently where one side would be louder than the other.

Great Wireless Earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned several pairs of wireless earbuds over the years, and these are a great pair. I do have to readjust them occasionally if I'm very active, and they also don't seem as loud as other earbuds I've owned in the past (perhaps done for safety). Aside from those minor annoyances, everything else about them is great. The QuickStart guide provided is easy to follow. Definitely recommend at this price point!

Disappointed

I'm sure they are great sounding but it's hard for me to know. They continuously fall out of my ears. I have incredibly small ear canals. Even the small silicon/rubber? cover is too big. I can't possibly be the only person with small ears! Why is it so hard to make small earbuds? These are made to fit into the ear held in by the cartilage in the ear which works but it hurts. I have to use a little bit of cotton to keep it from touching my skin and I am using a headband to keep them from falling out. I can't wear them for long because they hurt. Why not cover the plastic with something soft to cushion them? Maybe shape the rubber piece like an actual ear canal opening? I'm so upset about these. I purchased them elsewhere where their return policy is unreasonable and I can't return them. I'm stuck with them and can't even enjoy them. So for me they are just like all the other ear buds that I've tried. It's very disappointing. Thank you.
