[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really good set of ear buds, might be the best I've had yet. Rich full sound, deep bass (for ear buds), and clear highs. The case is great for storing and charging, and has a battery level indicator.

I bought these about 50% off as a Christmas sale (barely before they sold out), but I'm basing my review as if I had bought them at full price. So far: they're not as bass-heavy as some claim (not quite as much as I'd like) and they're extremely bright. My ears pick up on high notes extremely well so I have to turn anything above 7kHz down almost 10 dB. Spotify makes that easy with their app, but I can't do it with Tidal so I have little knowledge with whether better files make them sound better. The midrange pushes through very well if not a little muted from the bass, and the sub-bass is present but also just a little lacking. The controls are decent, I only wish it was touch for the price (even half off) rather than a physical button although the physical button lets you know you pressed it. My only real gripe with the controls is that there's no volume control on the earbuds at all. However, you can get to Siri or your virtual assistant via about 2 different press combinations (hold, double tap left/right) Overall, 8/10. Build quality on the case is on-par with AirPods, and the earbuds are equally well-built and robust. No IP rating, though, so keep them away from water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For me the most critical feature of any ear bud is the IP rating. Lately I've been streaming my workouts but otherwise I'm either at the gym or on the mountain bike daily. So, an IP68 water resistance rating is priority 1. These are IP67, so I don't use them for rigorous exercise. But they're surprisingly resistant to moisture and mild perspiration. I use them for extended power yoga routines involving a lot of movement and some perspiration, and these hold up extremely well while staying firmly in place. I have unusually large ear canals and the large tips fit perfectly. Build quality and durability are top shelf. The charging case feels solid, but I'd prefer it to have a tether like other JBL ear bud cases. Battery life is exceptional. I am always surprised at how little charge is consumed when I check it on the phone. Audio quality is on par with ear buds costing much more, making these underpriced by comparison. I've had no connectivity issues with an Android 11 Samsung. Hands-free operation is also reliable and convenient. So, in light of the fit, build and sound quality, and technological features, these perform well above their price point. I think their price speaks to how competitive the ear bud market has become. Again, I would like to have seen a tether for the case. And, it would be nice if it provided a warning for distance away from the device since these make it possible to be so far away that I forget where I left the device. But overall these are a credit to the JBL brand.

I'm sure they are great sounding but it's hard for me to know. They continuously fall out of my ears. I have incredibly small ear canals. Even the small silicon/rubber? cover is too big. I can't possibly be the only person with small ears! Why is it so hard to make small earbuds? These are made to fit into the ear held in by the cartilage in the ear which works but it hurts. I have to use a little bit of cotton to keep it from touching my skin and I am using a headband to keep them from falling out. I can't wear them for long because they hurt. Why not cover the plastic with something soft to cushion them? Maybe shape the rubber piece like an actual ear canal opening? I'm so upset about these. I purchased them elsewhere where their return policy is unreasonable and I can't return them. I'm stuck with them and can't even enjoy them. So for me they are just like all the other ear buds that I've tried. It's very disappointing. Thank you.

I wore my JBLs while resurfacing my driveway. I put them in my coaches shorts when done. I was pretty dirty and tired so I got ready for my shower. I threw my close in the washer. My wife just dumped the laundry on the bed and one rolled out. The ear bud was the left one and you need the right one to them on. She found the second one. I put them in the charger for a few minutes. THEY STILL WORK!!! They went threw the washer and dryer and still work!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These ear buds small but powerful. They are easy to throw in your pocket right alongside your phone. The features are similar to other JBL products and nothing really sticks out about these. The sound quality of these are like other standard JBL ear buds and for some reason never are loud enough for my liking, probably to prevent hearing loss. The battery life is up to par and have not had to charge them since receiving them. The fit of the ear buds are on point. I can move around effortlessly and they stay in place. I would prefer the case had rubber on the bottom to prevent it from sliding when on a surface but others may not want it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised upon opening these earbuds. The case was nice and compact and each earbud was easy to retrieve, which is a plus when you have big hands like I do. The fit inside my ear is decent at best. I have small ears, so having earbuds like this is always difficult to fit and stay in my ears. These fit but they slowly loosen in my ears, causing it to not feel all that secure. Turning my head too quickly is a crapshoot and at times one would come out. As far as sound, they're very clear and the quality is impressive. However, I feel like they skimped on the bass. I'm not looking to be blown away but deep bass sound, for me, is important and these don't really deliver that for me. These are good earbuds but a couple things are lacking to move them from good to great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing Headphones!!! They are outstanding at the gym, last the whole week gym sessions. They work good around sweat, they never came out of ears. Also, the sound quality is definitely to tier, you can absolutely notice that JBL did an amazing job in these 10/10 headphone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds sound amazing. The case is very compact, and it charges very quickly. My only complaint would be the instructions that come with it. There are no words, just pictures. Make sure you have your readers on too because the print is small. I was having trouble getting the earbuds to stay in my ears and then discovered I had missed the little arrow indicating you needed to twist them once in your ears so they nestle down in the base/back of your ear. Then they stayed in my ear and didn't fall out. After that I made sure to analyze with a fine-tooth comb all of the pictures. There isn't an app to control these buds, so there's no way to adjust the bass or anything. Although it sounded amazing without changing anything, I'm sure there could be someone who would prefer to adjust them somehow. Overall good investment.
