Beyond Expectations

I bought these last week and they sound incredible. JBL was also incredibly accurate with the date of delivery. If you want earbuds with epic sound and that are compact these are the ones. 10/10 would buy again.

Not bad!

I've tried a few inexpensive ear buds and had hard time getting bothe ear pieces to sinc, I haven't had problems with these. But I do have problem keep them in my ears . I have the smallest ear piece cushion on and they would still pop out.

Don't walk, run away from these earbuds

If I could leave a negative number I would.. these are by far the worst ear buds I have had. One is quieter than the other. And they are quite to begin with.. if you want to turn to up to 11. These don't even come close...

Thanks for reaching out. If one side of your JBL Tune 115TWS is louder than the other, it is likely caused by a build-up of dust in the grille or an unsecured seal within your ear canal. Please angle the ear tip slightly downward and gently twist the earbuds into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit with the earbuds. The in-ear headphones are also susceptible to a build-up of dust and dirt, which can cause volume imbalance issues. Please try cleaning the earbuds by removing dust or dirt using a pointed toothpick to remove large amounts and a small amount of rubbing alcohol applied to a cotton swab for final degreasing. If you need more help, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

Bluetooth Fail

The sound is great when you can actually get them to connect via Bluetooth to your device. I'm constantly having to troubleshoot the connection with my Chromebook.

VERY DISSAPOINTING

I have had many JBL products in the past but I received these for Christmas and they won't even sync to each other and the right one won't play after the 3rd use.

Love the full sound.

After using a cheap pair of wireless earbuds for the last few months I am impressed of the full sound in these JBLs. The simple operation for pausing, replay and skipping is key.

I bought them a while ago and the first sets right ear broke (i didn't do anything) and then bought a second pair and the same happened. I don't suggest this to anyone.

Worked fine, until they didn't.

Bought four months ago, left earbud stopped playing sound, button control would still work though. I used them everyday while I was at work, and they worked fine until they didn't anymore.

Here are some cleaning steps for re-establishing charging: If you have charging problems, the first step is to always clean all contact points, on each earbud and on the charging case. You will need: cotton cloth or makeup swab, cotton swabs, and rubbing alcohol. Also a pencil with an eraser for further cleaning. Use a cotton swab with some rubbing alcohol to clean the charging terminals of the headphones. Wipe the contact pins in the charging case with a clean cotton swab. The swab can be slightly moistened with rubbing alcohol, but it is important that the interior is completely dry before closing the box. Use the cotton cloth and wait for it to dry.

good but?

they were great headphones when i got them but 3 ish weeks in the right earbud stopped producing sound out of it and i have zero idea how to fix it and i'm a little upset please help me jbl.

We're here to help with your JBL Tune 115TWS. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. It is also necessary to reset the earbuds by tapping one of the earbuds twice and holding it for 5 seconds on the third tap. Put the earbuds back in the case to complete the reset. Resetting your earbuds will erase all previous settings and pairings. Please remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices before pairing them again. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly. Bad purchase

These are by far the worst earbuds I've ever brought. They easily lose charge and are difficult to keep in ears. They also caused severe inner-ear bruising. I would not recommend.
