The mattress arrived in a beat-up box and looked pretty dirty. However the content inside was packed in a good amount of layers. The mattress took less than a minute to get to its original form. The mattress is pretty nice and comfortable. I got it for about 3 weeks and loving it.

My son wanted a firm memory foam mattress. I was worried, especially when we rolled it out and there was a big dip in the upper middle section of the mattress from where it had been packaged. He assured me it would be fine in a day or two. 30-40 hours later, he was right! It's firm but very comfortable. A great buy and super easy to get in the car and the house.

we have/had 3 yr old Serta pillow top that I purchased on T.V. thru QVC. It was not the right mattress for us. This mattress is cool comfortable and my husband and I both are able to get out of bed with NO PAIN!!!! So far its winning and a good night sleep is WONDEFUL.

Purchased was made on August 28. It is now September 5 and the mattress still has not flattened out. It has kept a nasty curve to it from packaging that makes it impossible to sleep. I'm sure a whole week is enough time to give for the mattress to take shape. Bad product and will be returning it.

Unbelievable how comfortable this mattress was the first time we laid on it after taking it out of the box. The old mattress was a Serta firm and had gone way beyond its usefulness. Always have heard how good the mattress in the box was but did not expect what we found when we purchased this one.

Here is my testimony on how good this bed was. Last night I might have only gotten 5 hours of sleep, but it was the best sleep I have ever gotten. I was angry when I had to wake up to go to class. In class I talked to one of my friends inappropriately loud(noise level) on how much I love this mattress.

Another exceptional Serta mattress, replaced a 15 year old Serta perfect sleeper pillow top. We like the new mattress even more than we liked the pillow top when it was new. Maybe we should have listened and replaced it 5 years ago but with the quality of Serta even as old as it was it was still comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend any Serta mattress to anyone.

This was a great value mattress! We found the deal online at a wholesale retailer and love it so far! It's definitely firm which is what we were looking for and very easy to unwrap and use. Would highly recommend for someone looking for a firm, good quality mattress.
