I got this day bed mattress for our single bed in the spare room and it fit well ! It is firm but flexible to sleep on and a soft top that needs no extra support . Over all for a small mattress it is made well and met the need. Thanks that you care about your consumers. Mrs. Dunham

My son wanted a firm memory foam mattress. I was worried, especially when we rolled it out and there was a big dip in the upper middle section of the mattress from where it had been packaged. He assured me it would be fine in a day or two. 30-40 hours later, he was right! It's firm but very comfortable. A great buy and super easy to get in the car and the house.

This mattress never fully expanded. I purchased it online and after a week it never expanded completely. I took it to the store to exchanged it, since I love the second one that I purchased couple months ago. Its been one week and the new one that I exchanged is still not fully expanded. The sides are still folded.

I liked that it wasn't a big mattress that my husband and I (who are old) had to get home somehow and then move around. Our old mattress was a pillow top. Our new Serta Sleep to Go Gel Mattress is every bit as comfortable as our old pillow top was. My husband has disc problems in his neck and I have disc problems throughout my entire back. Both of us have had good nights sleep since we started sleeping on our new Serta mattress. Great Product!

Bought this for guest room. No guests yet! Family coming for holidays and needed a new bed. Always have good luck with Serta products. This bed is for guest room, so will it be used a lot. I was looking for value and durability. Needed mattress and box springs. It was on sale. Had checked a few other places and this store won out.

Bought two full size plush sets in June 2015 for guest beds. I've slept on one myself a couple of times and had very restful sleep. Good support, soft and cozy, but not droopy! The best thing is that our guests who've slept in these beds have all commented that they are very comfortable! I live in a resort town and have frequent guests, especially in the summer. Literally all of them have commented on how comfortable the beds are.

We were looking for a “mattress in a box” for our vacation rental cabin in the Smoky Mountains and came across this Serta one. We needed a mattress for the bottom of a bunk bed and after reading reviews, we decided to purchase the Serta full mattress at the local Sam's Club. We read mixed reviews so we were hoping it would unfold correctly and it did. We let it sit overnight to allow it to properly unfold. By morning it had completely unfolded and there was no smell at any point (like reviews for other brand's mattresses). Our 10 year old has been sleeping on it this week and loves it.
