Just what we needed!!

It has been 15 days, and the mattress still is not flat.  We have tried heat, weight, and flipping it over.  Flipping it over and putting weight helped more than the other suggestions we found on line, but it still is NOT flat.  We called Serta, but their automatic line said to call Sams.  Trying to roll it back up into a box and returning it is daunting.  We have not done it yet, as when I asked if it had to be in the box for return, I was on hold for 5 minutes then disconnected.

2 weeks and still curled up

After reading the past reviews I was a little skeptic of this mattress.  The first night I thought it might a little too soft when I sat on it.  Then I laid down and wow ! Immediately if felt supported without spots that were too soft,  I am a heavy person, and this mattress held me without a problem.. I love it,.
