GOOD QUALITY, COMFORTABLE

It has been 15 days, and the mattress still is not flat.  We have tried heat, weight, and flipping it over.  Flipping it over and putting weight helped more than the other suggestions we found on line, but it still is NOT flat.  We called Serta, but their automatic line said to call Sams.  Trying to roll it back up into a box and returning it is daunting.  We have not done it yet, as when I asked if it had to be in the box for return, I was on hold for 5 minutes then disconnected.

2 weeks and still curled up

I purchased this as a guest mattress for a very particular guest, as the guest really struggles with sleeping. She reported both nights she slept on the mattress she had one of the most comfortable sleeps and did not even require sleeping medication.
