Apparently the technology used for this no ink printer is not exact so you need a lot of extra time to play with your design and change it to make it print the way you want it to look. We did not have that kind of time and returned the printer.

The app is pretty versatile for making labels, but would be much improved if it would allow me to arbitrarily place and rotate my text and artwork like the original App. @Brother - please consider it!

Why not state that it doesn't work in some countries. I just wasted money buying this only to be told while installing the drivers that it does not work in the region I find myself. Should have followed my instincts and bought a different brand.

I started using this printer immediately after I got it. There is no room for improvement. I would recommend this printer to family and friends and everybody who I know.

I do not consider myself a tech savvy or very technical person by any means. I did find this product to be user friendly. Right from the start, the printer was easy to set up, I connected it to my IPhone and using the App,. It walked you through the steps very simply. Both the paper manual and the App were clear and set up was quick. I liked that. Assembly for the actual printer are quick. It is honestly connecting a few cords and loading the roll cassette. I have an older model label maker. You type in what you need printed and viola out, comes a skinny label. There is not much to customize with it, just fronts and sizes of lettering. I love that now you can really edit what you are printing. I made some cool labels using photos from my photo library on my phone and added borders. I think these labels can really be tailored to how you want to set things up. I thought,, wow, these are great for kids and teachers. You can label folders with subjects and pictures, you can print out labels with pictures and words to create a schedule board. You can create labels of toy items with pictures so kids know where to put away toys on shelves. The possibilities are really endless. Besides the customization piece, which is by far my favorite, I appreciate easy cutting. I love printing wirelessly straight from my phone. I`d do wish it came with a roll to print photos. I showed a friend my labels, that I was impressed with. He commented that the photos were too small. I think for a label maker, small is what you are going to get! Overall, for such a small product the quality is good. Only concern I would have is how much a replacement cassette cost when you need to make more labels!

I have used other label makers in the past so I have experience with labels. This one however uses pictures and colors and makes beautiful stick on labels. have made some beautiful jarred foods for people using his label maker. It has really spruced things up. Also I have organized things for my kids and made labels with a picture of what is supposed to be in the basket which has helped my kids stay organized and reminded them of what goes where. So easy to use right from your phone. Very convenient.

When it works its great. A little slow but the biggest issue is getting it to connect. This should be way easier. Cannot connect easily to new WIFI or hotspots. Bought to print tame tags at events and we cannot get it to easily connect at different locations even though we are using the same laptop with P-Touch installed and the printer is connected to the laptop. This machine is not user friendly at all!

I was excited to try this product due to the fact my old label maker was just plain outdated. The instruction were very clear and precise I was able to assemble it correctly the first time, which is very rare for me. To my old label maker it`s much fast in printing out the labels, I can choose a couple of different sizes instead of just forced to use on size, which is my favorite feature. The labels are more professional looking with a glossy finish and I`m able to print in color if I choose.This product definitely meets my standard in a label maker; the only thing I had problem is it wasn`t letting me if the cartridges was locked in, and if it wasn`t it wouldn`t let me print, but I would prefer if it gives me a sign to let me know when it is correctly locked in.

I was looking forward to using this--till I got it.... does print great but brother does NOT provide a computer based software that is up to date for use with this and their support will not help you at all and simply tells you to use the mobile app. I DO NOT want to use mobile app, I want to use the computer.

This product is a good fit for anyone looking to make individual stickers. The wireless feature is great because you don`t have to hook up lots of cords and the machine doesn`t take up much space at all. My kids had fun creating stickers to go on their computers. The setup of the machine only took about 10 minutes which included downloading the app. The app could have been a little more user friendly since we had to play around with all the different features for awhile before we made the stickers. After we got used to the app we were able to make the stickers fairly quickly. The only things I would change about this printer are the vividness of the colors and the way you cut the stickers. Colors were faded on both the clip art and the photos after 2 uses. It is also confusing to cut the stickers after the have printed. You have to run your finger across an area on top of the printer. One of my kids didn`t realize this and tried to pull the sticker out. Overall if you are looking for a small wireless label printer I think you would be happy with this product.
