[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I now like the tv more than I did at first. It was VERRY laggy at first but after a while it got a little better. It still isn't snappy by any means but it's much better than it was. The picture is good and the sound is good. Overall I'm happy with it as the bedroom TV and I will be wall mounting it shortly.

Love the picture quality on this one, and the game mode is just amazing, we have always own samsung products and will continue to do so, great TV for your money. We ended up buying two more Samsung T.V.'s a 50" to hang in our kitchen, and a 65" t.v. for our T.V. room. The set up was extrememly easy and I love the fact that you can sync your phone for even more sharing. The Samsung Free tv is absolutely amazing and has a nice selection. Overall we are in love with our purchase. Our entire house is Samsung TV becuase they are simply the best!

Many of which came with unique features designed to draw the attention of thd viewers; such as Roku-supported, Android-based, to even Google's own chrome cast built into a display model. Many TVs I have seen perform with exceptional quality, but I haven't met one that can compair to Samsungs own Crystal UHD! This TV not only is almost a instant when it turns on, but it also keeps the apps such as Netflix, Hulu, AppleTV+ or Hbomax on pause and ready to begin again when you turn the TV back on! No other TV I've owned has done that. I haven't even experienced any launch issues with multitude of streaming apps I have, which says a lot for my poor little Roku 4 collecting dust (He will soon retire in a box, forever forgotten in time :(). What I love the most out of my new tv, however, is how fast and accurate it connects to my Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G. DEX mode is superb, in my opinion, converting my TV into an actual android-based desktop. I'd totally recommend this bad boy. In fact, I even bought its cousin, a 43" of the same series to fit in my office just because it's light, awesome to look at, and communicates well with my smart home devices.

My sister got a Samsung & I was amazed by the quality of the picture. So when the crystal came out , I was able to see one & the picture jus blew me away . So I did my research & bought a 85 inch crystal Samsung !! I will never buy another brand !! The features are unbelievable , amplify the sound , put it in dynamic & get lost in the quality !!!

Price is a main factor in choosing this TV. If you can live with the new technology but not the newest technology this set will save you$ 200. Picture quality is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has great picture and works very well. It is fairly easy to set up. My only difficulty is with how the main menu try's to force me down certain channels. I would be happier if I could simplify the home page.
