Power issues black lines on screen

only regret - i did not buy a best buy warranty- 13 months and outside of manufacture warranty. first and last samsung tv or samsung branded product i will ever purchase. to many known issues experienced by fellow reviewers. my work around is to leave tv 24-7 since powering up sequence takes several hours - and ignoring black line - faulty screen - no fix.

Broken in less than two years

Bought this 11/20/2020 and is already broken. Black lines started showing up across the screen after 14 months of use, and now having power issues. It won't turn on at all. Constantly boot looping. Had to grab my 17 yr old RCA that still works perfectly. Needless to say, I'm switching brands.

Waste of money. Short longevity

Lasted 2 years and couple of days ago no display anymore. Only audio. Very dissappointed. Checked reviews and i see lots of people saying innrecent month after two years their tv not working anymore. Looks like SAMSUNG needs money and is destroying tv on purpose so we can buy new ones. But I am going to other brands. Don't buy this product or others. Check recent reviews then decide.

Weak screen

although some said that the screen of this tv was weak, i decided to buy it because it had excellent characteristics. i did not have very good luck, when i took the tv out of the box it looked good but when i tried to turn it on, the screen was totally broken. samsung has disappointed me.

Unfortunately, even if a TV is double-boxed and the packaging shows no evidence of harm, a TV can still be damaged during transit if proper care is not taken.
