The TV has some small issues when it comes to glare and unnecessary buttons on the remote, but overall a fantastic purchase.

Then I purchased my Crystal UHD 4K 8000 Series this year and fell in love with Samsung 4K all over again. The new smart remote is so easy to use & set up. The ambient lighting is wonderful. And the picture has no comparison. Keep it up Samsung!!

Been taking the TV outside during the day to watch football with friends due to covid and even on a sunny day the TV is bright and flawless. The smart TV has all the apps you could ever need and connecting to it with my s20 is seemless. Thank you Samsung for this wonderful TV.

my overall experience was very good. the tv was light enough for me to take it out of the box and set it up myself. the picture is excellent and bright, and the sound is excellent. my one complaint is the remote. two items. 1) it curves the wrong way so that it's difficult to reach the buttons without having to shift the position of the remote. 2) opening the battery compartment is too difficult. i am an older adult, so i often have dry hands which slip easily on the smooth plastic. there should be some significant texturing at the end of the remote to assist traction needed to get the compartment open. thanks.

Whether you're a gamer like me and want to clearly see your opponents from far away or one who wants to see their favorite cooking show in 4K this is the perfect TV for that. Added benefit is that it's a Smart TV. If you cut the cord like I do, you'll have no problem installing YouTube Tv, HBO Go, Disney +, YouTube, Netflix, and all other streaming apps. There's also a ton of ports! So you can easily connect multiple devices to the TV and allows for seamless integration. Lastly, the remote is sleek and responds perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this as a bedroom TV. It fits perfectly as a drawer top TV. Having the Alexa feature makes it easy to control the rest of the smart home when watching late night TV and you don't want to get up to handle all the stuff you can do when talking to your TV. The picture quality is great. We aren't particular about # of pixels or anything like that - we are happy with how we view our programs, including sports, and the sound quality is fine (not audiophiles either).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture and decent sound. Smart features are well thought out and work well for Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Hulu. We also watch videos streamed from websites and the result has been great. No longer need to share from my phone using Roku. The new remote control is a welcome improvement over the older version. The older remote was covered with buttons making it difficult to use without closely looking at it. The new version is very intuitive and we are able to operate it easily. Also we are using Bixby to change channels, turn set off and on. I didn't believe that would be useful but even works great from our Samsung phones. You don't need the remote in your hand to operate the TV. Picture quality is outstanding. We are using OTA antenna and the set found many channels our old set did not receive. This set is a great value, highly recommended.

I have been waiting a long time to get a new tv in a bigger size that was brand new and it was worth the wait. The tv is clear and bright and it is fun to use. The sound isn't the greatest honestly but everything else is what I was hoping for.
