cute remote control you provide but it's useless for me. i have a complete surround system and i need a full-functioned remote. i can't program my home remote control to even turn on/off this tv. are you kidding me? if there's some magic trick to getting ir codes for a 3rd party remote, please do share it with the rest of us.

I currently have 5 Samsung's in my house including the first one that I purchased that is still running strong. As for the model I'm reviewing there's not a negative thing that I can say about it. The picture and sound quality is great for the price, the internet and app speeds are top notch as well. I would recommend this TV to anyone that asked me about it because the bang for your buck here is more than you'd expect. 5 stars all day!

Sound and picture quality are amazing. Set up straight out of the box took less than 3 minutes. Navigating apps and setting is easy. This product works great with other streaming devices and again are easy to navigate to. Easy to connect my bluetooth headphones and no loss of sound quality. All in all I have nothing negative to say about this TV. This TV does not put off the heat that some model do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my 50” Samsung Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV for over 6 months now, and I am still learning about new features every day! I love the ease of use for the Smart features, and the Samsung TV apps are pretty good if you don't want to pay for a TV subscription. I mainly watch the news and stock market stuff so the Samsung apps get the job done! I definitely recommend watching your favorite movie on this TV or hook up your Xbox or PS4, the picture quality will not let you down!

The included instructions were very handy and made connecting and updating a very smooth process. The picture quality out of box was really impressive, clear images and sharp colors. Switching inputs is simple, the included IO dongle made it easy to hide wires and cables giving it a very clean finished appearance. Overall, very happy with this TV. If I had any complaints, I do wish it had a few more apps for streaming.

If I were to purchase a new TV it would definitely be this one . The colour wow fantastic I have a 4K TV but I think I like this one a little better.I will be telling my son about this tv . I am still overwhelmed by the quality of the picture . I also have a 65 inch QLED Television that is fantastic also. I remember when Samsung did not have the quality that it has now. Today I would rate Samsung the best electronics.

The ui is really good, the picture is outstanding, and the remote is very easy to use.
