[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently purchased the Crystal UHD 50 inch model for replacing a Panasonic plasma model. This setup was extremely easy and and was up and running pretty quickly. Picture and sound is excellent. Only concern I had was the feet on the set are too wide and don't fit on most Standard TV stands. If your wall mounting it fine . Also a universal swiveling base solves the issue for smaller stands.

Switching from one service to another is a breeze and the wife doesn't have to remember which input things are on anymore! Love this tv

i enjoyed the ease of setup, particularly the download app on my ipad. the tv has a very nice picture. i am not however a fan of the over simplified remote and the clunky menus required to perform certain functions. the remote has no number pad for input of channels. anyway, i have figured out where things are now and enjoying the tv..

While we are still getting used to having a Smart TV, it's been pretty good so far. The menu is not very friendly, but we are learning. Overall, we are happy & hope to have this TV for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had originally gotten the Class 7 Series and that one broke by accident, so I got the 8 Series to replace it. I liked the 8 Series so much better, the system set up, like the applications, the remote, and picture quality was better. The shape of the tv and leg stands also fit my entertainment system better as well. I like that it's light weight for how big the tv is. I think the only downside was it is not compatible with HBO Now, which I think is a common tv application.

The picture quality is just amazing. Remote is super easy to use and the system is very fast. I will always buy Samsung products!

cant day i am impressed with tv. certainly not better than the last samsung i have purchased. colors are not vibrant even on streaming services. i also experience stuttering during live action scenes. not si sure it even rates 3 stars. older shows look horrible.
