[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is visible from the back because of where it's placed in our house. Fortunately we don't see a tangle of wires because of the nice clips included to run the HDMI cable down the leg with no fuss. The TV is an elegant slim shape with a nice base. It was super easy to set up and pair with the SmartThings app and our WiFi. The picture is very sharp. The menu is a little confusing to navigate but we're getting used to it. It was a nice surprise that Samsung includes some live channels of its own. We are using YouTube TV and Amazon Prime Video on it with no trouble.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Crystal uhd tv in 55 inch was a great purchase for me. I have loved the picture and sound quality, as well as having all the preset apps already on the tv. Very user friendly and gives you a great viewing experience!

i gave it one star because i cannot believe the remote that comes with this tv. in fact we were seriously considering returning the tv all because of the remote. i have never seen anything like this in my life and if this is what remotes are coming down to i sure hope not. we have two other samsung tvs that have regular remotes with number buttons. this thing is just awful. a button for netflix, prime video, samsung plus tv. but the circle has no markings so good luck figuring that out even though there's a manual it's just stupid.

the quality of my new samsung 65" 8 series is incredible. viewing the tv shows now seems like the people on the screen are actually in the same room as me. the fact that you have your own tv provider as well as other apps like netflix or amazon prime is standard, but with samsung you also get the samsung tv plus channels. i was not aware and so it through me at first. not knowing where these channels were coming from. i adapted quickly and enjoy the added opportunities for viewing. the sound from the samsung tv is much better quality than my old tv's. the motion rate is 120 with a 60htz native rate. that gives you a smooth picture because it adjusts to the rate that is needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV setup was well explained and easy to complete. Some of the darker scenes in movies and on air shows are a little too dark. That is my only concern. All in all, I think this TV works great, we have had no problems and the picture is beautiful 98% of the time.

I love love love everything about both tvs. Seamless streaming, sound quality is excellent and the picture clarity is awesome. I've told all my fam n friends that I have switched from being a ?? Fan to now Samsung!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The manual is not written in a way that a layman would understand! I like to think of myself as an intermediate electronics user, but,....I'm having issues setting this up! Other than that,....it's a great device!

The remote is comfortable in me hands and the buttons are easy to read and press. The picture is very clear and bright. The mounting holes in the back were easy to locate and they use standard bolts. I would buy another Samsung television again.
