Bought this TV 2 weeks ago, great picture and features. I bought Samsung because of my experience with a smaller TV purchased for a guest room, great price and better picture than my larger more expensive TV's(Toshiba and Sony). Love the large screen and new remote. Great value and product.

i bought this tv to replace a store brand tv i was using in my bedroom. i was excited when i opned it, read the manual, hooked it up to a satellite receiver. thats when the wxcitement stopped. thr picture quality was meh. fuzzy, almost. plus, needing to download an app to aet ipnthe tv is ridiculous. i tried to live with it for two days, trying dogfeenet settings and such. i gave up, boxed it upnand hooked ip the old store brand tv again. much better picture than the samsung. on a related not, i bought a nee 85” tv for another room. after this experience, i made sure it wasn't a samsung.

I explained the couple things I was looking for to the associate where I was shopping for a TV and she pointed me to the Samsung line. I purchased the 65 inch Samsung 8 series. I have older TV that is 10 years old and when I got this Samsung hooked up, I was very impressed by the quality and clarity of the picture. We have had the TV for about a month now and we will be watching a show or movie and still will comment how excellent the picture is. I am glad I spent a little more money than I thought I would because it is definitely worth it. In the next year I will probably be replacing another TV and will definitely stay with the Samsung line. I will highly recommend this TV and the Samsung line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] excellent picture quality and abundance of apps. i also have the q-led line compared to this 8-series which is excellent. this is a slight step down but not much. i basically love this tv though especially for the price. this tv is definetly worth it you cannot lose with this purchase. excellent job samsung.

When I went in to the store I was talked into this TV and as long as jutter reduction is on it is gorgeous! The only thing is jutter turns off on its own which is annoying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This UHD Smart TV has become the center of my A/V System. It is remarkably clear with accurate 4K color rendition. Once the unit is set up it literally thinks for itself and makes any necessary adjustments automatically. Overall, I have never had a better TV at such a reasonable price. It is a 2020 version with the latest design and features. The built- in TV speaker is satisfactory but it needs a good sound bar for more accurate audio rendition, especially for voices.

i bought this tv for the "alexa built in" feature, but once i got it, i noticed there was no option to use alexa as a built in voice assistant. i contacted support and they said the tv is not alexa built in, but alexa enabled, which means i actually need an external device (echo dot) to control it with alexa. i am pretty dissapointed! don't get me wrong, the image quality is pretty good, the os is fine, the remote controller is great, the tv is slim... but finding out that the feature i bought the tv for is actually not present was a low blow. this would have been a 4/5 if not for that, it is just not what i payed for.

Picture quality is amazing, all the features and ease of use makes me wonder how we ever lived with antennas and tube TV's! It was easy to connect Alexa and apps are quickly downloaded. I'm really happy with my Samsung TV!
