Great picture and features

tv picture is great. easy setup. overall very pleased with our purchase. great tv great price. love that channels are included and i can link all my streaming apps. one thing. i have been having issues with the pairing of our soundbar and our cablebox continues to lose connection. we had to resync the soundbar and resetup the cable box several times now which is time consuming and annoying.

by far the best tv for the price!!

This TV has a beautiful picture!

When I went in to the store I was talked into this TV and as long as jutter reduction is on it is gorgeous! The only thing is jutter turns off on its own which is annoying.

Real crystal clear!

Even just regular 1080p looks good on this tv as its colors really pop. This model is so slim; when wall mounted, it looks like a floating picture.

It has great features

Great Picture Quality and Easy Setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] excellent picture quality and abundance of apps. i also have the q-led line compared to this 8-series which is excellent. this is a slight step down but not much. i basically love this tv though especially for the price. this tv is definetly worth it you cannot lose with this purchase. excellent job samsung.

Great features, terrible network

i love the picture, the smart hub, all of the channels available with the tv. however, i can not keep this thing on the network. i brought back a 7 series and got the 8 series thinking it was old technology. still the same issue. you would think with all the write ups about this on the web, it would be addressed. unplug it and plug it back in is not a solution.

West GA: Thank you for purchasing the TU8000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry that you are experiencing network connection issues. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity. Ver 1401.7 is now available. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings>Support>Software Update Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using and the new version is the latest update. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience by selecting > Auto Update. Want a TV for a Smart Home? This is it.

I love its ability to work as a display for all the information available on my network. The device comes loaded with a vast array of features. I bought a Samsung TV because I wanted a good fit with Samsung Smart Things and with my S8 Galaxy Smart Phone. This model has fit the bill.

Suits all my needs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing TV especially for the price. Love the picture quality and ease of use. Can't get enough of it! First TV I've owned and currently have mounted it all the wall, works just as well as on ground set up. Only complaint is the sound/ volume. A little quite for my use, since I use it to play music a lot. Also sometimes makes a strange beeping notification noise, but I think I solved that problem. Can't wait to continue buying from Samsung!

Great features easy to use
