Really great TV, but not perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my Samsung TV. I was a bit apprehensive about getting it (never been a huge fan of Samsung products) but I needed a new TV and figured I'd give it a shot, since it was cheaper than other options. Anyway, I'm really happy with the TV, it's got some weird software and I don't like that Google Assistant isn't one of the options for Voice Assistants. Takes a degree of usability away.Anyway, it's a good TV, I've really come to like it, but there are some things I wish were different. Also, I'm writing this review to enter for a chance to win a sound bar. This does not change my opinion on the TV or software though.

I did the research and made a decision!

I normally purchase toward the top end and keep an item long enough to get my money's worth! I decided that this time I would get all of the important bells and whistles and upgrade more often! This tu8000 4K Crystal UHD unit has exceeded all of my expectations! This very reasonable priced unit will give you years of the best viewing experience you've ever had in your home and you will be proud when you have friends over ! What else could you want in your home entertainment system!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its a ok tv. A few bugs wrong with it. Such as the usage of memory. My memory is maxed out and they want me to call or it will reset to factory settings. I wish i waited. I have a samsung phone to. I always say if its not broken dont fix it. With business i always say prior planning prevents poor performance. Only if we all could live by all the p's.

This TV is a must Have, in ANY home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has blessed my living room. Crystal clear indeed, easy to navigate, with many apps. I don't have a cable box for that room, but I was able to add the cable company app on there...and have the same access as if I did have a box. TV well worth every dollar. I love it.

What a great choice.

I went looking for a Fire TV and I was going to ask the clerk to grab it as I already thought I knew what I wanted. I was sooooooo mistaken. Samsung TV's already have all the best options on it and more. I was pleasantly surprised with the features that comes with it and I've been bragging about it to my friends. I'm sticking with Samsung when I change my bedroom TV for Christmas.

TV turns off and on randomly

tv was working great for two years.now it just randomly turns on and off and i've tried several times rebooting and reset the tv. i've unplugged all external devices from it and even brought a new power cord. i'm very disappointed in my purchase. tvs should last longer than a few years and i don't even utilize the tv everyday. this will be my last samsung tv purchase.

Excellent Television

The smart features are very easy to access. The remote is also easy to use with the voice control. It makes me want to replace my other older TVs with a model like this one.

Perfect new bedroom tv

Rich color, solid sound, and everything looks great in stunning 4K and HDR 10. The smart hub functionality has vastly improved from older models. Easy to use, set up and a seamless user experience.

Poor picture quality

i bought this tv to replace a store brand tv i was using in my bedroom. i was excited when i opned it, read the manual, hooked it up to a satellite receiver. thats when the wxcitement stopped. thr picture quality was meh. fuzzy, almost. plus, needing to download an app to aet ipnthe tv is ridiculous. i tried to live with it for two days, trying dogfeenet settings and such. i gave up, boxed it upnand hooked ip the old store brand tv again. much better picture than the samsung. on a related not, i bought a nee 85” tv for another room. after this experience, i made sure it wasn't a samsung.

Working Person's TV

if your the average american working person, and you want great tv that doesn't cost you thousands of dollars. this is the tv. the picture is fantastic on it. i recommend movie mode. i'm a av guy as my second job. and i see and hear a lot of equipment. i would have given it 5 stars,but the interface is a little slow at time. i'm connected ethernet, and i have 200 plus down speed. i notice when opening shows in the amazon app that is lags a bit. but that might be the developer of the app faut. the interface doesn't know what xfinity flex is yet. you'll have to use the remote that comes with the flex box. also,make sure you get a good 2.0 hdmi cable if your running into a receiver. my first night is was having buzzing issues and audio drops.
