TU8000 43"

I am absolutely enjoying Samsung TV since some I mostly watch are on here so no purchasing internet individual channels... I will update this review when I go through all the features!

Great built-in features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have purchased Samsung TVs for many years. We purchased this TV to have access to streaming apps which we are able to use with no problem. We added a usb keyboard which makes programming much easier than using the letter chart. Overall we are very pleased with the feature improvements on this 4K TV over our previous 1080p.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my favorite feature on a Samsung TV is its Ability to not be broken how Samsung can come through your remote control and literally fix your broken TV. i Have used it Twice in my life On to different Samsung TV that I owned. never broken!

Phenomenal piece of technology

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this TV! My business has expanded and I purchased this TV after doing extensive research. This is the first TV that I have purchased in over 5 years, the leap in technology is jaw dropping. I loved it so much, that I bought 2 more of the same 8 series 50" model. 1 more for the office and 1 more for my home. Looking forward to installing a soundbar in the future when I have some time.

Nope

I have had this TV for just under 2 ½ years. I have really liked it when it worked. For the second time it is not working. First time Samsung took care of the TV, though i was without it for about a week and a half. This time they will not, though I think it's the same issue, and maybe I have a lemon. Nothing offered other than paying for repair. Buying a new one, different model.

Cool features, but not perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy the native apps and they run smoothly. I appreciate the airplay feature being built in. Negatives: after 2 returns, all 3 tvs had some sort of light bleed from the edges. I also was excited to be able to open the smartthings app on my phone and control my devices from the TV but this app is not available, though it's shown as an icon on the box. Lastly (personal, yet likely rare gripe), my 2016 samsung TV supports the ability to cast the TVs screen to my phone (reverse casting) but the 2020 model doesn't. That was disappointing to me and something I assumed would be available.

The picture is wonderful

the only issue i have with the tv is the remote. i find it very hard to use and find all the options this tv has to offer

TV that will last you less then 3 years

After 2.5yrs this TV start Power cycling and is no longer usable. Will never buy a Samsung product again. Avoid at all costs
