Con: set's legs require WIDE stand or buy a pedestal stand or wall mount; Bluetooth output is a BIG PLUS, especially since one can still control the speakers as usual. But its audio is not synched with the picture, and it is not automatic; it requires specific (remote control) selection every time the set is turned on (a minor nuisance). OVERALL, I'm pleased and glad I bought it.

The only thing I'm not real pleased with is the remote control, but only because it has no number keypad. I do not like scrolling through guides looking for a channel whose number I know.. Most of the time I use my Harmony remote and use the Samsung remote for just the TV.

tv unboxed and it wouldn't connect to the internet with an ethernet cable straight form a switch. it actually killed my entire internet at home and the router after the switch stopped working as well. the only way to finish the set-up was connecting the device to the wifi.

This is my third Samsung and don't plan on buying any other brand.I have a 2018 RU7000 75” in my living room and I love it so much I had to get the TU8000 for my man cave. On both Tv's the blacks are really looking great and the colors are extremely vivid. I've recommended this brand of television to several of my friends. My next purchase is going to be a Samsung stove which I should be making in the next six months. I am extremely happy with the quality of your products and will always recommend them to anybody.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I enjoyed this product. The screen quality is good and the interface is easy to use. Considering the price point I think it's as good as one can get. A few things that could be better: It's hard to view from wider angles. If you sit right in front of it it's fine, but at an angle the view quality becomes noticeably poorer. It's also a very reflective surface, so watching tv during the day can be a glare full. Sound quality is good, but not loud enough for a lot of media. Overall I am very satisfied with this product!

I have several items connected to the TV, Amazon firestick, Roku, sound bar, etc. The TV detected each item connected and automatically configured the proper screen settings. The included remote controls it all. I can not say enough about this purchase and I highly recommend.

the remote on this device came in as if it was use/preowned. i own other samsung tv's with the same remote and the remote on this device is glitchy and seems to be stuck. also, the battery that came with it ran out within 2 months. i have yet to change the battery on my other samsun tv that have owned for 3 years....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has a beautiful design that fits well with my bedroom decor! The picture quality is fantastic as you'd expect from Samsung. The ease of use of the menu and navigating the many features this tv provides is why I always buy Samsung TVs. The sound from the tv's speakers are good enough for a bedroom and the auto-dimming is great when you watch tv to fall asleep. I would definitely buy this tv again. Maybe for the garage this time.

A high definition quality Samsung promise and indeed they delivered. I haven't seen any downside yet as to the features of the tv but as a cyber security student, the fact that the remote has Alexa set up didn't really sit well with me because I don't really trust these listening devices. They're basically listening to every single thing I'm saying. As far as feature I am mesmerized and would continue to be a great customer of yours.
