Have had this model for about 2 years. It is now a beautiful brick. Takes forever to turn on. Basically cycles on and off, flashes the Tizen logo turns back off and then maybe will power on 20 minutes later. Have turned off AnyNet and CEC functions from it and all connected peripherals and it still does it. Consistently forgets it is connected to a Samsung Soundbar. Factory reset the device and re-upped to current firmware and same thing. Always had huge respect for Samsung, but this thing is apparently dog. Going back to Vizio. Judging by the amount of people complaining about this, I wouldn't be surprised to see a class-action for this product. What a dog.

The auto game mode works great and all the smart features and apps work flawlessly. I have not had a chance to set up with Alexa but will be trying those features soon. For the price/ inch of screen and features you can't beat this model!

Can turn off notifications on the washer dryer, etc and see status updates while watching tv. Definitely worth the money.

The Samsung has perfect picture quality and is easy to use. Because of its SMART TV capabilities, I was able to "cut cable" and get all of my content from the internet. GREAT TV!!

I honestly did not expect such a difference in color even in old programs. Everything works as expected. Easy to use interface and all the apps I needed were found in the app store. As a bonus the tv connects to my Samsung phone to mirror just by touching the phone to the TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 9 years ago I purchased a 32” 1080p TV and was content but recently after seeing 4K TVs becoming more mainstream, I decided it was time to upgrade. After many days of researching, I decided on my now new 43” Samsung 4K TV because of how it's specifications compared to similar priced choices. When I unboxed it and set it up I realized that my hole entertainment options had suddenly exploded with new opportunities. First of all, the picture is amazing! Even standard OTA 1080 and 720p programs look great, I believe this is in part due to the upscaling capabilities of my Samsung TV. Things only got better. Once I fully set it up, I was not only amazed at the beautiful picture, I was also surprised at just how many more OTA channels I received which my old set did not. The tuner seems to be quite strong, great for those of us who don't have cable. Then I discovered Samsung TV Plus which comes included for free. This is like getting cable but without the cable fees. I'm literally in heaven with all of my viewing choices. Another unexpected plus, the built in speakers actually sound really good! Most modern TVs seem to lack in sound quality but not Samsung. The sound is strong, clear and has some punch. I love my new TV so much that I've decided to replace my older living room TV as well with a larger version of the one I bought for my bedroom. Believe me, you can't go wrong with a Samsung TV!

Have had a few issues with settings changing randomly and the entire screen got a weird red hue once but it went away after unplugging the tv and plugging it back in

this is the second 43” tv i have purchased in 1 month. the first one was a qed which i returned because the sound was too hard to understand and the recommendation was just to adjust the sound for each channel. the sevond tv was this crystal uhd and the sound is still not what i consider clear. it has too much bass and has to be adjusted each time i change channels. i was tod these small size tvs do not have large enough speakers and that might be the problems. i am keeping ths tv but very unhappy with the sound. great picture

Clear picture , vivid colors, great sound, would not trade it for anything else , it is the perfect size for my living Room . I also love that it has just one stand attached to the tv and not one that has the stand at each end of the set.
