[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Boulevard online. I installed it per the instructions included. Overall very easy to install and I would recommend this to a friend. My only complaint is that if you adjust the head pad up or down the seat belts got caught in between and restricted the ability of them to be drawn tight. You have to dislodge them by moving it up and down again.

We have owned 2 of these seats so far, the first we owned for just over a year when it was involved in a collision and had to be destroyed (thankfully our child was not in the car), the second we just purchased as a replacement to the first seat. This seat is the only one we could find that fit in our small car. Install was so simple with Click Tight, it took all of 30 seconds.The seat is really heavy, but it makes me feel reassured that it is solid and will keep my child safe in the event of another collision. It is comfortable and well padded and wipes up nicely for spills. I only really have 2 complaints. First, my child is tall and doesnt have as much leg room as he would have in other seats. It just looks cramped and uncomfortable. Secondly, the black on the cover faded with the sun. With the second seat i made sure to get the one cover with no black as to avoid the fading. Overall, this seat is fantastic!

first of all I have a small 1 and a half year old rear facing. We have a Maxi Cosi 85 in our one car and decided to try a not as bulky carseat in the other car so we got this car seat. It is compact and fits well in the car. one down side is my daughter is very tiny for her age and her feet still touch my cars's seat in this car seat and in our other car with the maxi cosi she does not .. My only major complaint was installing the car seat is not nearly as easy as they make it out to be and my husband and I are usually pretty good with building things and doing stuff like this and this took us nearly an hour to do . If the instructions were more detailed maybe it would have helped. you have to make sure you loosen the harness straps before tightening the car seat in also hard to tighten back up because of the way the car seat presses against the car's seat when installed. also do make sure you recline it first like the instructions say cause you won't be able to reach the lever once locked into your car.. undoing the latch to open the car seat once installed is almost impossible its so hard to turn and clicking it into place took all my body weight and I still couldn't do it and we even tried with the seat belt not as tight underneath to see if that made a difference and it hardly did.. I also would have hoped that a car seat of this price range would have an actual cup holder. Don't bother buying the cup holder to this because it is a joke and can barely hold a full sippy cup without breaking off and I do have it attached correctly .. checked multiple times.. also dosent seem entirely comfortable well comparing it to maxi cosi I suppose isn't fair on that level . I honestly wish I would have just got another Maxi cosi because this wasn't what I was hoping for but it seems safe and good for kids as long as you never have to move it it or mess with it much. also the crotch strap is short even after moving it out for my 1 and a half year old and she is 22 pounds .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my daughter when we moved her out of her infant Britax B Safe (which we loved as well). So simple to install it and move from car to car (finances prohibit us from affording two seats)! I love the padded head area and that all buckles are padded too. Only complaint would be that occasionally one side will tighten more than the other so we have to loosen and start again. Not a huge issue since I like the seat features so much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our twin boys have been using this convertible carseat since they were rear facing at 12 months old. They are now 2.5 years old, forward facing and still love it! I can easily move it from our van to SUV without any problems! I love the ease with which I can install it and trust that it's secure. I also love the fact that when I hear the "click" I know that my twins are secrured correctly! I would definitely recommend this product to any mom or dad!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received my Britax Boulevard ClickTight Convertible Car Seat in Contour Gray from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. We installed the seat for my 2 year old who was ready for a forward facing seat. When deciding to change her to forward facing, the first thing we thought about was her safety! As you would for any product, we checked for the safety ratings, and they were superior ratings. As we installed the seat, we already knew based on the weight and the install methods, we felt secure about what we had read. The seat has a bottom section that lifts to allow the seat belt to run through and under the seat section, which made it so secure it wouldn't even move when we tried and that was before we also anchored it into the back of the seat. The mechanic for the opening of this section requires a twist of a lock, which a child would never be able to do, so it would be nearly impossible for it to ever open up without an adult needing to do so. The instructions that come with it give you different options for what you can use to install the seat so you should definitely read it prior and know which method you are using! We had not done this and it took longer than it needed, but whenever we have to move the seat in the future, we will be able to do it in a few minutes. The fabric of the seat shout high quality! They are soft and durable but most importantly, washable! Since we have a toddler who now loves to snack on the go…washable is key! The insert of the seat is called contour gray. It is a lighter gray than our previous seat and I'm excited that it will not show every single spill as our darker car seat previously had. The seat is missing one important feature if you have an independent little one like I do…cup holders! I have since looked and you can add accessory cupholders. The seat width is comfortable for a child, and it is more streamlined than seats that have built in cupholders. If you have a smaller vehicle or multiple seats, this is probably a plus! You will not have to spare safety and comfort for a smaller width seat. Another plus for security is the flame-retardant fabric! Overall this has been a great addition to the needs of our family…the clicktight seat belt feature is by far our favorite! Car seats are all about safety and this has that plus a great look and feel!

We bought the Clicktight Boulevard the week it was released. We're going on 3 weeks now, and we could not be any happier. We still have our daughter rear facing, and it has been hands down the easiest convertible car seat we've ever installed! We highly recommend this seat to anybody! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a 13-month-old and this car seat was ideal for him. He's taller and skinnier than most, so the adjustable features to raise the height was easy for even me to figure out! My husband was the pro at installing it into his car - which is a two door Honda Civic SI. It fits but is very snug in the backseat (it fits MUCH easier into my four door Subaru Forrester). The car seat is rather heavy and bulky, so moving it from vehicle to vehicle could be an issue for some, but the click feature does make the installation easier than other convertible car seats. The car seat is built like a tank - very, very sturdy and you can tell the side impact protection is top notch. Let's hope we never have to test that out! The biggest con we had was adjusting the reclining position to the ideal spot for our son. It's tough to figure out where he should be on the rear facing scale (we opted for somewhere in the middle since he'll be rear facing until he's 2), and getting it just right is the toughest part. The material in green, that includes the headrest and back, is not as soft as previous models of the Boulevard. But it doesn't bother my son at all. The fact that it is washable and looks to be more durable material, is totally worth it!! The Britax Boulevard continues to be the easiest car seat we have to install! When installed, it is solid and very secure. We will continue buying Britax seats while my kids need them.
