[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a mom of two boys, I usually do my homework on products before purchasing them. Safety is my number one focus while also taking price into consideration. With that said, I want to give a big thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me the Britax Boulevard Click Tight Convertible Car seat to use and review. I have researched Britax before and they are well known for safety. I received the seat in contour gray and it is sharp looking! It is sleek yet cushy, and it is extremely easy to clean. I just lift the seat cushion and vacuum out the crumbs! One feature about this car seat that I was really excited about was the ease of install. Boy, did it exceed my expectations. In the past, I have always asked my husband to install our car seats because of what a pain they are, but I was able to install this one all by myself! It took me just a few minutes to have it installed, level, and ready to go. My son is 2 years old (almost 3) and is rear facing. He was excited about his new car seat and says it is comfortable. He falls asleep quite easily in it! Along with safety, I also try to avoid unnecessary toxins and chemicals when I can, so learning that this seat has no added flame-retardant chemicals was a bonus! Now, for the negative. I love everything about this car seat except one thing and it's a big concern. The seat is installed using the car's seatbelt. In my case, I drive a minivan, so it's installed using the minivan seatbelt. Well, my son can reach the seat belt buckle while he is strapped in and undo it! He in fact unbuckled it several times, even though he was told not to. Now, I don't know if this is specific to my minivan (I doubt it), maybe the buckles are easier to reach. Even if your child sitting in the seat can't reach it, it is possible another child could unbuckle the seatbelt. Since this is a huge safety concern, I will be installing it with the lower anchors instead of the seatbelt even though it will be more of a hassle to install. The safety concern is not a deal breaker for me at all because we have the option to use the lower anchors. The car seat itself is topnotch and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, sleek, and easy to clean car seat!

My husband and I are in the older parent club and messing with those other car seats just wasn't good. I worried so much about my son's safety when his dad would come home from work and install one of those “other” seats. It would be so loose and so gross and it just stressed me all the way out. Now I have two of these seats and they have been worth their weight in gold for the peace of mind. Love them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installing carseats gives me anxiety, I always make my husband do it and then I still get it checked at the fire station. When I got the ClickTight, I thought I can do this, and I did! It was simple and I was confident I did it right. We are big Britax fans in this house; I'm comfortable with their safety history and they last. The Boulevard ClickTight is an improvement on our other Britax seats. The cushioning is nice and soft; I know our son is comfortable in it. I installed this in the back of my sedan and it wasn't too large next to our daughter's seat. One last thing, having a cup holder on a car seat is key, especially if it stays in place. Love this seat! I got a chance to try this car seat as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel, but the opinions are all my own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this unit 8 months ago for our then 16 month old and have taken numerous 8+ hour car rides and she passes out in this seat. The only knock I have so far on the seat is that the cover slips off of the sides of the seat everynow and then, which exposes the underframe of the unit and the child could remove the cover while sitting in the seat.

THINGS OF NOTE THAT WILL BE IMPORTANT TO POTENTIAL BUYERS. *ALL CAR SEATS ARE TRICKY TO INSTALL FOR THE FIRST TIME SO DONT JUDGE BY YOUR FIRST ATTEMPT. THIS CAR SEAT IS EASY TO INSTALL SAFELY AND SECURELY. I PREFER USING THE RESTRAINT OVER THE LATCH FOR MULTIPLE REASONS. OVERALL SAFETY, EASE OF USE AND QUIET HONESTLY THE HOOKS ARENT MY FAVORITE. THE CLICKTIGHT DOES NEED SOME FORCE TO GET IT TO "CLICK TIGHT," THEREFORE I SUGGEST PUTTING YOUR BODY WEIGHT INTO IN DOWNWARD. I WILL TELL YOU THAT ONCE SECURE IT DOES MAKE THE CAR SEAT SUPER SECURE (PEACE OF MIND). THE CAR SEAT RESTRAINT IS THE BEST IMO, I WOULD SUGGEST THAT IF YOUR CHILD IS MORE THAN 20LBS TO MOVE THE BUCKLE FORWARD. THE FIRST INSERT FOR THE BUCKLE SEEMS MORE FOR INFANTS RATHER THAN TODDLERS..MY SON WAS LITERALLY SITTING ON IT AND WAS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO BUCKLE NOT TO MENTION HE WAS UNCOMFORTABLE. AS WITH EVERYTHING THERE ARE SOME MINOR THINGS THAT I WOULD CONSIDER "CONS" BUT NOT ENOUGH TO DETER ME FROM RETURNING THE CAR SEAT. THE CLICK AND SAFE HARNESS IS POSITIONED A LITTLE LOW ON THE CAR SEAT AND YOU SHOULD BE CONSCIENCE OF LIFTING IT BEFORE LOWERING THE SEAT TO THE CLICKTIGHT UPON INSTALLATION. OH! AND IT DOESNT COME WITH A CUP-HOLDER STANDARD! I DONT MIND PAYING THE HIGH PRICE BUT GIVE ME A CUP HOLDER.. LASTLY, TO REMOVE THE CAR SEAT I SUGGEST AGAIN TO PUT YOUR WEIGHT DOWN ON THE SEAT THEN PUSH AND TURN THE CLICKTIGHT RELEASE BUTTON. THIS IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE IT INSTALLED CORRECTLY..IT NEEDS A LITTLE FORCE. ALL SAID, IT IS VERY EASY TO INSTALL AND IS VERY SAFE. MY SON DOES NOT SWEAT IN IT LIKE SOME COMPETITORS SEATS AND FITS WELL INTO MY LUXURY SEDAN.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my 2 year old. The fabric is different from our advocate that we also have. It collects dirt and hair easily. The seat is just as roomy as our advocate just without the big air bubbles on the side. I gave this seat 4 stars because I hate that britax didn't use the same latch connectors that they have for their infant bases, their click tight frontiers, and their older version seats. They now have the cheaper clip latch mechanisms and it makes it harder to undo the latch so you unlock the click tight if you need to take the seat out to clean. Also I loved how the older version was easier to take apart to clean and was machine washable. The newer seats are not. Overall it's still a great seat and a must for any parent!

We love how durable everything is and installation was SO EASY! i have been recommending this carseat to everyone I know and now all my friends love theirs too! When we found out we were having another kid, the only thing we knew for certain was that he will also have his very own click tight boulevard :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've put this car seat in and out of 3 cars this week and it was a breeze each time! I love that the bottom of the seat has a rubber grip on it to make it stay in place, the storage pouch and optional cup holder. Also the many recline options are an awesome feature! Thank you so much to the weeSpring parent panel for letting me try this awesome car seat, we truly LOVE it!

I bought this seat about a week ago to transition our baby girl out of her infant carrier. She LOVES sitting in the seat and it was easy to put in the car.. I actually was able to install it with one hand while holding her on my other hip. The only issue I had with the installation was that when I had it in the furthest reclining position and had it clicked in the seat wasn't as reclined as I would have liked it to be. The seat is installed in my 2011 GMC Acadia in one of the captains chairs. My car seats have a bit of a slant on the bottom of the seat so when I get the seat completely installed, the position ball was in the middle of the guide instead of in the farthest part of the light blue (infant position) like I would have liked. The seat is very heavy but the ease in installation makes up for that. Both Britax seats I own are on the heavy side but you can tell they are well made. The seat is a little on the expensive side but when it comes to protecting my children I get the best product I can get and I know I have that with both of my Britax products!!

Biggest selling feature: Knowing my kid and the seat will always be properly secured/installed no matter who they are traveling with! I love that it has a 10 year expiration, younger sibling(s) can also get good use out of it! I was a little worried that installation and Click&Safe harness would be to good to be true, but I am VERY happy with it and it works just like the videos show! Rear facing I do occasionally have to make sure the cover is not in the way, in order for it to click easily, the fabric just slides a little bit as the seat gets pushed down into the vehicle seat. I think every car seat should have a "foolproof" installation! My tall & skinny 1 year old should fit rear facing for a long time!
