I bought this seat a couple days ago. The click tight install was a bit of a pain. But over all. Great comfortable seat. Though, I agre the crotch strap is too short for extended use. Once my toddler gets bigger I can see this becoming and issue as far as buckling him in and comfort. They really should send out an longer crotch buckle.

I have the buckle in position for the most space but there is not very much clearance to buckle the upper straps into. I loosen the upper straps to provide slack per the instructions, but the measurement from the back of the car seat to the crotch buckle is tight. It would be a good idea to create a way to adjust for extra crotch area space for older kids.

However, the instructions were clear and we had it in the car quickly. The click tight system had us feeling so good about the installation. Its low profile made it really easy to get kiddo in and out. My kiddo loved the Contour Purple color (it's her favorite!) She did not like the lack of cupholders in this model. We opted to send this one to Grandma's and return to our tried and true, but we know she will be so safe and comfortable in Grandma's car. The car seat is super sleek looking, feels very luxurious and goes with the car, doesn't feel super clunky visually and I really like that. The contour blue color is really pretty, not too bright or anything looks nice and refined. The car seat was incredibly easy to install. My husband could do it (securely) very quickly and that's usually more of a challenge for him. The fabric seems really easy to clean and soft. We've been testing it on pretty hot days and I'm impressed with how cool it feels even with a hot car. It's super important to me that there are no added flame-retardant chemicals and I appreciate that Britax did not use any on this seat. It feels like a tank and I feel really good about keeping my son safe while sitting in this. The straps are smooth to tighten both during installation and when getting him in and out, our previous brand felt really clunky during this process and Britax nailed it with this one. My son also seems super comfortable in here, which is a huge plus on longer car rides where he usually gets a little uncomfortable.

I love the safety of britax but our britax Boulevard click right has 2 screws that have fallen out. One screw is also striped so we can't loosen to get the foam piece back in place. Doesn't make you feel real good about your child riding in a car seat that the screws fall out. These are not cheap car seats and I ha ent been able to find replacement screws on the website. We have only had this car seat about 2 years.

Yes, it's a big, heavy seat. However, having to travel with my 8 month old frequently, the ease of installing makes it worth dragging on and off planes. My son loves his comfy seat, there's no struggle to install and we love it. Ease of installing can't be said enough.

LOVE the ClickTight car seats! Never have a problem or concern with the install of the Boulevard CT seat. We have been using ours for over 2 years without fail. Anyone who has tried it gets it right everytime, every vehicle. The only issue that we encounter, which is minor, is the tether adjuster is in the way of the vehicle headrest & difficult to access/manipulate. The recline minimizes or eliminates any head slump for our sleeping littles and they've never complained of any discomfort from their seat. When they are in their seats it's rarely for less than an hour and often times we road trip for 9 hours. It is heavy, but it's sturdy & safe! My children are tall, so 5 years (per child) is the max use we can get out of them, but Britax frequently has sales on their products which helps make it an affordable seat.

This carseat barely fits rear-facing in my compact crossover (Mazda CX-7). It makes accessing the tightening strap difficult. It does install very easily and my son seems to be comfortable in it. I also like that multiple reclined positions are safe in rear-facing. The downsides are that it is really heavy, no cupholder and the cover is not easy to remove or machine washable. I also need to hear several clicks while tightening the harness before the slack is gone, making this feature moot.

Can't say enough great things about britax brand in general. The boulevard click tight has so many great features. Great padding, durable construction, and ease of use. Couldn't ask for more! I feel so safe using this seat for my little one. The peace of mind of knowing it's installed correctly every time is worth everything!
