Purchased this after being out of power for 10 days from hurricane Ida. Wanted the natural gas capability, and this generator filled the bill. Have already hooked it up to my 30amp outlet to my main panel, and everything worked great. Soft start kit added to my downstairs 4 ton unit, and started with no problem. Very well built, and thought out piece of equipment. Happy owner here.

Very heavy duty unit. Went together easily and the manual is very well laid out. The accessory kit was a nice add on, it provided basically everything I needed to get it up and running. The tri fuel leaves plenty of options depending on the situation. Very happy with the purchase.

With all the hurricanes we have in Florida we needed a generator that could preform and that we could rely on. This generator packs a punch. The fact that it's tri-fuel is an added bonus. It's easy to operate and powerful enough to run everything we need in an emergency.

I am a building engineer and we have constant power outages in our area, so needless to say a generator was in desperate need. With so many manufactures to choose from its not easy choosing the correct unit. but with this tri fuel generator you just cant go wrong in anyway. it gives you great power capabilities and is pretty quiet to boot!!!! Very impressed with quality of the generator ,great that it included oil and connection hose,s for LP and Natural Gas, wheel kit is also a plus since generator is quiet heavy. The trifuel is the reason I purchased this model, finally can operate the unit on my home natural gas supply ( no fuel storage or contamination issue,s).

I love the tri-fuel options! It's easy to select among the three. It was packaged well. Everything went together as it should. It starts up without any fuss. I haven't had to run it for an extended period of time yet, but from what I've seen so far, it's going to be a workhorse!

I was impressed from the very beginning when I saw how well the generator was packed. After getting it out of the box and reading the assembly instructions it was very easy to add the accessories. The attention to detail was very obvious, even that there were little hub caps for the wheels. Another feature that I really appreciate is the raising lift handle so it can easily be rolled to wherever it is needed. After adding the oil and hooking up the hose connectors for natural gas it started and ran perfectly. I would recommend this unit to anyone!

This is my first generator, and I chose it due to the high reviews and the flexibility for fuel choices. During last winter's snow storm and power outages, we were without power for over 50 hours, eventually being forced to leave our home and go to a shelter. This would have enabled us to stay home in relative comfort, as well as prevented us from losing everything in our refrigerator and deep freeze. Even during the power outages we never lost natural gas. This generator just looks and feels like really high quality, even before opening the box. Everything you need is provided except for the fuel you choose. I did the 5 hour break-in yesterday and it started right up with the pushbutton. Easy to use, high quality, a lot of thought and attention to detail. My only suggestion for improvement would be to do something to make it run quieter. This thing was really, really loud. In the case of another long power outage, my neighbors are just going to have to learn to tune it out, but it would be nice if it was quieter, especially for the price. Champion has put so much quality into this and attention to detail that it seems out of place for it to be so loud. Other that that, this thing is great and I highly recommend it.

This is our seecond purchase of a CPE generator. We purchased a portable inverter generator a few years ago which still works great. We got this tri-fuel to handle more of the higher-load 240v circuits (i.e. A/C, dryer, dishwasher), and the tri-fuel capability allows virtually unlimited runtime during prolonged outages. For times when we don't need the higher-load items, our smaller generator fits the bill, but when we need more, it's great to know that this generator will carry us.

Very please with the overall quality of this Tri-Fuel Generator. The ability to change fuel source is why I purchased this generator. I have gone through many hurricanes and having to wait at a gas pump for hours is not ideal. Great little generator.
