Great features.

The ability to run a portable generator on natural gas is a game changer! Everything I needed was in the box, installed the included pipe fitting and connected the 25' hose, added the supplied oil, plugged in the battery, effortlessly connected the gas line quick-coupler fitting to the generator and turned the gas on and then followed the Quick Start instructions and it was running! (It would've been nice if they included Quick Shut-Down in with the Quick Start.) No need to mess with finding non-ethanol fuel or stabilizing additives, no worries about a gummed up carburetor next season! Nice digital gauge shows voltage, HZ, and run time and is not as noisy as expected!

Tri Fuel Generator !!

Purchased the 8000-Watt Tri Fuel Generator for unexpected power outages at home. Perfect size to power what we need, and the selling point was being able to use Natural Gas -- no more looking for an open gas station and storing gas cans. Hopefully will never need to use but looks like it will handle the job.

yea

I received my Generator in three days after ordering it. I purchased it for my home emergency back up and was excited to have the three fuel options. It came complete as advertised. I ran it on propane and natural gas with the suppled hoses & fittings. It started right up and run great. love the clear easy starting and running instructions. I have already recommend it to a friend who has ordered one.

Ready to go, right out of the box!

This is my first generator purchase. Been blessed not to lose power too frequently but in the Deep South, you don't want to press your luck. Started up, right out of the box. Everything I read about it and initial test went great. Would definitely recommend this model

I would reccomend & buy this Generator over again

Well, I bought my Generator for possible use during Hurricane IAN & I'm glad i did. It worked great, easy set up & electric start made it easy in the rain-wind. To test it I used the Propane option & then Gasoline during the storm. It ran just fine on both fuels. I had it power my A/C, Fridge, freezer, lights & misc items & later ran a cord to my neighbors to help him out. Little did I know I would need it again 30 days later for Hurricane Nicole. Again it fired right up, but luckily this time it got minimum use.

Very nice product.

After spending Christmas weekend powerless and single digits outside, it was time. I chose this for the natural gas option since I hate using gasoline in anything not used regularly. Fouled engines are too much any longer. It will run most of my home and an apartment attached. It is a bit louder than i expected but I may build a foam shelter for it. The number of outlets is just fine. Maybe a RV outlet would be nice.

Uses Natural Gas!

I've used a generator in the past (in Tulsa) that ran on gas. But then our local gas stations lost power; I was hosed. But our natural gas service was never interrupted. Now I am in Texas with summer outages starting and I wanted a generator that would run on natural gas. Champion is the winner! The down side - I will not be able to run my grill. The up side - I will have power for two refrigerators, a freezer, two window units and my wife's cpap machine. And I will still have excess power if needed. And I do not have to pay an electrician to tie in to my house (which could be an options later). Could not do this with solar for 10 times the cost.

Tri-Fuel Generator

My 8000W Tri-Fuel generator was delivered today. Took 15 minutes to put the wheels and feet on and it was ready to go. Hooked it up to natural gas and it started immediately. I ran it for the five hour break in period and changed the oil as directed. I am read for the storm! Also purchased the Storm Shelter. Very happy so far, we will see how it does in the long run.

This is a real swell generator!

This seems like a great generator. I'm glad I had it shipped to my house via truck because it was heavy! Much heavier than I expected. I am assuming that this means it is a good quality item with plenty of power. We just had twin boys so my wife says we need back up power since our new neighborhood seems to loose power all the time in the winter. We have an electrical company coming in a few weeks to install an interlock circuit hookup for us and natural gas hookup. I will wait to test it out then so I don't put regular gas through the carburetor. Cant wait to test it out. I am assuming now that we have the generator the power will never go out and I wont ever need it hopefully, but if I didn't have it the power would have probably been out by now and we would have 10 feet of snow and locusts and probably a zombie apocalypse not far behind!

Pleased with product..registered professional engineer

Purchased to replace outdated generator. Use for home back up (non a/c) and construction projects. Houston has hurricanes. Pros: Easy to assemble; User friendly instructions. Started right up after adding oil and gasoline and checking battery. Electric start a plus (put battery on trickle charger). Assessing adding natural gas tap to my home natural gas line as a back up fuel. Cons: A little heavier than expected but manageable with frame wheels and moving bar; A little louder (72 db) than expected but noticeably quieter than my old unit.
