Great product

Awesome sound for the price. Been using them for a few days now and still haven't charged plus the talk function is crystal clear to the person on the other line.

Sizzle from headphones

After listening to any sound from the headset comes a very small sizzle from behind. After a while, my head hurts, I sent a guarantee to change, but there was the same problem in the new product, there is a solution?

Somethings wrong

I have had them since December and now suddenly I am have audio problems with the one ear being louder than the other. If anyone know how to fix please let me know

Good but has static

the headphones are nice and sound quality is good however there is a terrible static noise that wont go away. i usually find this is bluetooth headphones

Left speaker stopped working after 2 weeks

I bought these less than a month ago and after using a few times the left speaker stopped working. Less than 1hr total use. Really disappointed in these as I am a long time JBL/Harmon Kardon fan. Will not purchase another bluetooth device from JBL.

This isn't the experience we wanted our customers to have with our products. Please try to pair the headphones with a different device. We can also try to reset the headphones to factory settings. To do so, long-press the Volume + and Volume - buttons at the same time while the unit is on. Make sure that Bluetooth isn't on and connected to any device. The LED will blink faster, indicating the reset is successful. Please forget JBL Tune 500BT on your Bluetooth settings before pairing again. Great headphones for an everyday person (definitely not an audiophile). Amazing value and the refurbished seem brand new. Only wish it came with a carrying case.

Great Sound and features

I bought this two weeks ago and I love it. Cancels outside noise, simultaneous bluetooth connections and love the sound quality. Wish it came with a longer charger cord otherwise would've been a 5 Star Rating.

I want my money back

if you something else is connect to your phone or anything other devices at the same time the head phone is connected the sound cuts in and out and refuses to work

Terrible

Worn them twice and as soon as a bit of sweating .. the right side started making the most annoying high pitched squealing sound I couldn't even wear them anymore... not impressed

Very dissapointed.

I expected the best from JBL only for the headphones to make a constant static noise right outta the box. I can't get rid of it and its really annoying
