Mic doesn't work properly

I bought this January 2,2020 and the other side cant hear me properly. I have to lift the earphones a little bit from my ears then thats the time they will hear my voice. By the way it is so fit it hurts a little on the first few times i use

So easy to use

Bought this for my son for Christmas as a cheaper alternative to Beats and he loved it, loved the color and I loved how easy it was to set up for him. Free and fast shipping was another plus!

the greatest cheap Bluetooth headphones I've ever

I bought this headphones thinking they would be fine. But then when I got them the sound quality and the bass amazed me. Just by the fact they we're Bluetooth.

Great product

I had JBL Bluetooth headphones before. I believe my grandson confiscated them. Wanted the same ones. Very pleased with these. No problem. They work great and sound is great. Price was what I wanted to spend. Can't go wrong with these.

Doesnt come with a charger

Premium quality over ear headphones. Love the color. Sound is amazing. Surprised that it didnt come with charger. Would have liked to know that prior to purchasing

it has very good voice nice microphone but it has

after like 1 year i cant hear on the right side when uts over 30 % charged and randomly comes back the sound was really great bul still have little problems if someone helps me that will be best

We're here to help with your JBL Tune 500BT. Please try connecting the headphones to other devices and use a different streaming application to see if the issue remains. You may also try to perform a factory reset by long pressing the volume + and volume - at the same time while the unit is on. Make sure that Bluetooth is NOT on and connected to any device. When resetting, LED will blink faster. Please remove/ forget the headphones' name on your source device first before connecting again. 1st time buying headphones & these are great like the bass, the directions are no good can not see without alight but I got headphones working happy I brought.

Connection

I bought them around 2 weeks ago to my girlfriend. In the beginning we needed few minutes to pair them to our phones. Now, she can pair them only sometimes... She is extremely disappointed

Block out the world

I am an incarcerated person who just desired to be able to listen to my music in solitude. These headphones are THE ticket. Sound quality is phenomenal . . . especially considering the price. They sit stop my noggin comfortably. I love these!!
