good sound but with bluetooth connection issues

The sound is very good, but after while it starts having connection issues with Bluetooth and it's super difficult to make it work properly again. Frustrating! I'd avoid buying it

Great at first

At first it's perfect But after one year the cover is tearing itself away and you're left with the foam uncovered sometimes it also gets suuuuper long between the moment you turn it on and the moment it's willing to connect

NOT working with Teams

Very comfortable ... but the headphones don't work properly with Team. When connection with the hands-free function, all you can hear is a robotic sound. JBL is aware about that... this is about time JBL and Microsoft fix this major problem.

Great sound

I'm really glad I bought these headphones. For the price, the sound quality can't be beat. I love that they are easy to sync and wireless, so I can use them as I do my daily chores, or out for a walk, without the restrictions of wires.

JBL didnt work with Microsoft Teams

HI like everything about JBL but the problem is it didnt support the MS teams and now we are very much dependent on MS Team and Zoom so pl work with microsoft and get yourself certified

honestly they were great and i loved these but then out of nowhere they would just connect and immediately disconnect. i cant listen to anything for more than 5 seconds before they disconnect. i tried charging them many times. so idk

Great quality for the price

I got them for Christmas but I was planning on getting them soon any way but from my experience the sound and bass is great. And at a much lower price that some other similar headphones

The Best The World Can Get.

I love my JBL T500BT. Oh! No! I am in love already. Pure Bass! Pure Sound! Pure Music! Affordable and easy to carry around with light weight. Getting more for less cash. I gained alot...it is a win-win.

Good Headphones

I bought my headphones about a couple of weeks. I really like how they sound and how durable they are but when it comes to the technology they are just basic headphones. After a while they do tend to hurt my ears.

nice headphones

These headphones are so nice to wear, very comfortable, good battery life, great sound quality. My brother is gonna pay me more than list price just to use em for a few days. Such nice headphones!
