Awful comfort

I bought it a month ago, and they are terrible! They are pressing my ears so hard and constantly warming my ears up, that is unbearable. I have regrets that I have ordered this headphones.

Disappointing Headsets

Bought 2 sets (for my wife and I) and both have the same issue - static noise and some clickering sound. Works when listening to music but it is terrible on meetings and videos.

Quality sound!

Purchased them for my wife for her birthday. Ear buds had disappointed her, I found the JBL at a very reasonable price and knew they were a quality product. She loves her headphones and I don't have to hear the tv blaring.

Blue led is constantly on

Great sound, great headphones, great price. But.... why is the blue light on all the time? I don't want that. I don't want to be a beacon when I walk down the street. Now I have to paint it black.

Problem in Spotify

In Spotify Two seconds press for back button takes me always to the begining of the current song. But back function works in other music programs and youtube. Is there a comoatibility issue with spotify. Thanks

I received this headphones as a present for my birthday and the worked good for a month now the sound is extremely bad. It's not worth buying plus they are cheaply made.

Battery and Sound are AMAZING!

So far... the sound quality and the battery life are out of this world. The Muffs could be a little larger as to cover the whole ear and cancel out more noise but they still do a pretty good job or canceling noise.

It is ok

I bought this a while ago, it has been ok so far. The audio cuts out sometimes and I have to turn it off so that it can work again but otherwise it's a pretty good purchase.

Nice headphones but not recommend

The headphones are good for the price, but there are missing one dealbreaker feature. Battery life indicator lights. I should be bothered to remember when i charged them, but the headphones should show me.

Constant disconnections

Bought 2 pairs for my daughters. Both headsets arbitrary disconnect from the phone very frequently. And only reconnect after quite some time. They can't really use them. Very disappointing.

Thanks for reaching out. Always have a clear line of sight between your Bluetooth device (speaker, headphones, etc.) and the source device (Smartphone/tablet/PC, etc). Be aware of obstacles in front of your devices. Try to shut down products that have Bluetooth, but not are not being used. Do not stand too close to your Wi-Fi router since a Wi-Fi signal is stronger and in many cases will "overlap" the connection. Be aware of the walls around you. Concrete and brick walls will often interrupt the signal, as they cannot pass through such thick walls. Bluetooth signals cannot travel through water, which includes the human body. Make sure with Wireless Headphones to keep your Source device and the receiver on the same side of your body. Open spaces such as parks can cause issues for your devices, as open air is "bad" for any Bluetooth signal if it cannot reflect from objects around you.
