I bought this and could barely use it. There was some static every single time I tried to use it and I had to restart it to work. I had to return it. This is a real shame because I was looking forward to enjoying a JBL product. Don't know where else to find good headphones.

Bass. To start, I think these should be marketed to children, they are tiny. It's just like picking up your kids headphones and surprise! They stretch enough to fit. On ear, not over ear. Ideal for listening to audio books or pod casts. Bass. Music not so much. Good in the living room, I sweat to much to use them working out. Bass. Range is fine. Battery is fine. Whatever a manufacturer claims knock it in half and you get reality. Bass.

I bought this today, and is very good, but it keeps on making a irritating popping noise when sound starts and stops, Eg when a YouTube video is playing, and the person stops taking, an irritatingly pop plays, then when he starts again, the same happen, and this happened in my first hour of buying it.... What can i do?

I've been using BT Earbuds at my fitness center. Sound great but kind of a hassle to wear. I noticed a lot of people wearing over the ear headphones. I thought I should give this a try. At first I wasn't thrilled with the sound quality, then I learned it was important to make sure the ear cups are perfectly positioned over my ears. Now I am thrilled. They sound great and pair easily and reliably. No drop outs at all.

Issues: 1. doesn't play sound on windows 10 (can be fixed by deactivating computer speakers) 2. sometimes the mic will not work in calls 3. after about a month if use the right side speaker stopped (can be fixed by pulling off foam and unscrewing the speaker to stretch the little springs back out, you have to do this atleast once a month) 4. doesn't always want to connect to devices Good things 1. excellence sound quality 2. great customer service when there is an issue 3. cancels sound even though it doesn't have that option 4. the stereo works perfectly and makes you feel like you are in person 5. Very comfortable for a $50 set of headphones, I dont wear them that long but when I do wear them for long they start to hurt because of my massive ears not because of not enough padding.

These were amazing when I got them. Sound quality was point and everything.. The thing is there kinda uncomfortable. Inthought you would be able to lay down with these. You can but you cant turn right or left. I bought these for myself and I’m thinking about returning them or not. Would recommend for work.

I have the robotic sound in Windows 10, while being everything ok with Windows 7 and Android. I also spent many hours trying to solve the issue, but it seems JBL not Microsoft found a solution. The only way to use the headphone is as 'audio-only' device, and using PC's integrated microfone, with the effect that if I move a few meters away I can continue listening to what they say, but they can't hear me.

My wife bought these for me as an anniversary gift. She knew I prefer enclosed headphones over in-the-ear. Paired them with my phone and they work well, both for music and for calls (better for music, though). I listen to a lot of jazz/house/drum & bass/classical. Bass response is full and punchy! Overall spatial processing is outstanding; wide sound dispersion. Bluetooth range is great; very little disrupts the connection. Battery life is exceptional. Very comfortable to wear over long periods of time. Quality is excellent for the money!

i feel i definitely got more than i expected to , nice snug fit , seem to be good quality, they connected quickly , sound is amazing nice treble and bass ! i can finally get away from earbuds ! my only complaint is my local Walmart they rang up $39.99 when they are priced $34.99 online ..but id gladly pay $50 or more they are that nice

Amazing music quality, the longest battery life EVER (I go probably a week between charges and I use it everyday for 2-5 hours) and super light weight and comfortable. Only downside is there is no microphone on there so I have to disconnect for calls and I can't use it for Zoom meetings.
