Blown speakers

I brought this product about a year ago and I already have a blown speaker. I'm really surprised because the volume is not necessarily loud nor does these headphones have a lot of bass The jam wireless headphones are a better product for around the same price. I'm even more fustrated they i've lost my receipt or else I would try to exchange or return this product. so disappointed.

Not bad.

I bought this last summer when I was on holiday, when I first put them on I was VERY impressed by the quality of the sound. I've been using these at least 4 times a week and the quality doesn't wear off. However, I was unable and still can't connect these to my PC via Bluetooth. It would have been so good if they could connect to all devices via Bluetooth.

Even better than I anticipated

It took me 2 or 3 days to figure out the instructions (pictures only), but I had no experience with Bluetooth -- It was simple and easy after I finally deciphered the picture instructions. I do not hear well, but with this set of headphones the sound is perfect. I am considering buying another set.

Don't use it on PC

This thing has given me nothing but trouble on my PC. I basically can't use the mic because if I do, sound quality drops to zero. On top of that, it often fails to connect properly, meaning I need to just keep restarting and re-pairing and hope for the best. It is comfortable though. And I suppose the sound is great when it finally works and I'm not using the mic.

Died after a month in a half.

I bought these on 2/7/20 and has been using them up until a few theys ago when they suddenly stopped working. Even now im completely dumbstruck as to why they would be having such a problem as I never so much as dropped them. Honestly a little disappointed that they didnt last longer than I hoped they would.

Please make sure that the headphones are connected to your computer. Try checking the audio by playing music or recording your voice. Also, please make sure that on the app, you've selected Tune 500BT as the audio output and mic input.

Robotic noises or distorted sounds every 30 mins

I bought the 500BT five months ago. I connect to my laptop via bluetooth to listen to music, and make calls. I noticed every 30 minutes or so, the sound would become distorted, almost robotic or slow-mo. I have to turn the headset on and off in order to fix this. I hear others having the same problem. It's so frustrating.

Please try using a different music player and if you're using an equalizer, turn it off. 2. Try pairing the headphones to a different source ex. (phone,tablet) for us to check if the headphones will have sound using a different device. If steps 1-2 didn't work, you can also reset the headphones: Long Press of volume + and volume - at the same time while the unit is on. Make sure that Bluetooth is NOT on and connected to any device. Easy hookup

I bought these to use at night so I do not bother my wife while she tries to get to sleep. They work just fine for that purpose and are easy to set up and to hook up each time I use them. Sound is good but they are a little uncomfortable if my pillow is flat on the bed -- tends to push them off my ears. As long as the pillow is tiled upward, fit just great.

Poor workmanship

I bought these headphones when my old ones broke. I was excited at first as the audio quality when listening to music is outstanding. Then Monday rolled around and I needed to use these headphones for their main purpose- online meetings. These bluetooth headphones come with a mic and a hands-free mode intended for using the mic and earphones at the same time. However, the audio quality is abysmal, quite literally impossible to understand anything that is said, as it really is little more than distorted static. After much research online, I have found that this is a known problem with this model of jbl headphones. I did not buy a dud pair, the model is a dud. From what I have seen online, JBL has known about this issue since 2016 and have decided to do absolutely nothing about it. Hopefully, I can get a refund for these useless headphones, otherwise I've wasted a lot of money on a brand that I used to regard as high quality. Very dissapointed.
