cake was not as shown in the picture. and there was no one to make it right.manager only offered a refund, but what good is that and party in 2 hours.

They did good with the requests I asked, as far as where to put the happy birthday. I didn't think there would have been enough space on top, but there was. It was missing the sprinkles around the bottom. I didn't notice until l left or would have asked them to please do so when I picked it up.

Mine came with no toys. I just noticed it says no writing on the placing order page.. maybe don't do the writing but it would of been nice to get the toys I paid for and was expecting. Doesn't even look like a hello kitty cake

Super sweet like eating sugar from a spoon. You can smell the eggs. Presentation was good

For future customers. Make sure you check your cake before leaving. I was disappointed because it was missing the hello kitty toppers

Picked up the cake and saw that it did not have the background design because the machine was broken. No call or email advising me of this. I didn't find out until I went to pick up the cake.

I orderd for my daughter ,and it came out with beautiful design.Taste was good because I choose whipping cream.
