Cake was very moist very good

I ordered the cake on short notice with no issues. It turned out great looks and tastes wise.( the only negative was that the decor/toys weren’t included) Great value for the cost. We will continue to buy our cakes and cupcakes from sams. I highly recommend!

Ordered this cake for daughters birthday only to find out they didnt have the toys available for the design so i ended up with a different Hello Kitty image and design but its ok.

Cake is always moist but the topper toys are replaced with 3 rings without telling me. We are expecting toys for my girl

Cake tasted good but we didn’t get the flavor we requested, disappointed

I was really excited to pick up my niece’s birthday cake since it was meant to be a special surprise for her. Unfortunately, I ended up being the one surprised—and not in a good way. When I arrived, the image on the cake was already lifting, and the sprinkles looked messy and poorly done. I was told that if I wanted it fixed, they would have to make an entirely new cake, which would take more time. That completely defeated the purpose of pre-ordering in advance. I didn’t have the time to wait, so I had no choice but to take it as-is. Overall, it was really disappointing, especially for such an important occasion. I had higher expectations given that I planned ahead, and I hope they improve their quality control and preparation process.

cake was not as shown in the picture. and there was no one to make it right.manager only offered a refund, but what good is that and party in 2 hours.
