(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The new Rubbermaid Brilliance container has to be the best storage container I have ever used! It is truly leak proof, nothing will escape! The vents lets you microwave without taking the lid off and works beautifully! The container is truly clear and you can easily see what is stored inside. When buying multiple, you can stack one on top of the other to save space. Overall, great buy even if the price is a little high.

In February I bought a 20 piece set of Brilliance food storage containers. I really researched to find a storage container that would seal tight and not leak and last a long time. I would have preferred glass but made a concession in buying these because I felt like they would last a long time. An investment of sorts. It was really really disappointing how the containers cracked. Money down the drain and plastic in the landfill. Never again! Very unimpressed by Rubbermaid.

Now that I’ve had time to use this product I will let you know how impressed I am by this new Rubbermaid Brilliance collection. I’ve probably washed this plastic Rubbermaid about 20 times already because my boyfriend loves to use it as a dish for all of his meals. However, he (& I) love how this container keeps all the food fresh and really seals it in. It is also super convenient to use in the microwave and easy to clean. For the price, I give it 5 stars because you can’t beat the durability and quality of this product.

I love how it has different compartments, including the little dressing container. Now your salad and all the toppings can stay fresh and separate. I can mix it all up just when I'm ready to eat it. This is much more impressive. I will be sure to NOT lend this out to anyone under any circumstance. That’s how much I like it!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have been using the Rubbermaid Brilliance food storage container for some time now and just love it. I have been using the medium size, but will be purchasing them in larger sizes as well. They seal very tightly and keep food fresh and protected. I love that the entire container is clear, making it very easy to see what you have stored. It can go from fridge to microwave with no issues. It cleans very well, and even spaghetti sauce doesn't leave a permanent stain. The only way I could love them more is if they were glass.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have tried so many food storage containers in my lifetime it isn't even funny. I found I liked the clip lid kind (used a different brand) but I did not like that the were not really clear. I decided to give these a try. I really really like these. They are clear and the snap lids are perfect. You can just lift up the clips and leave the lid on to cook in the microwave. Under the clips there are air holes and this is why you can cook with the lid on. This stops splattering in the microwave so I don't have to change containers or put a paper towel over it etc. In fact when we re heated some chicken wings they were re steamed so to speak and came out moist, nicely heated. We tried the spaghetti sauce storage and found no staining. I was hoping to nesting since some folks had said they did nest. Well, not really. You have to nest the containers and keep the lid separately which is not really nesting. BUT, they set nicely on top of the bigger piece (with their lids on) and makes a neat stack and I can just get the size I need so I am ok with that. They clean up easily (have not tried in the dishwasher yet though) and make my food easily viewable in the fridge. I am going to get some additional sizes. Very pleased all around. Not unhappy about the nesting as I thought I would be. With the nesting you have to take all out to get to the smaller middle one etc. which I was doing with the previous kinds and when I got these I realized I was frustrate with having to un nest all the time. Because they stack nicely, they wash great, so far no stains I am really pleased. When you go to take the lid off it is a bit "tight' but there is a lip on their that allows you to pull and release the suction. Not hard at all but really just reassures me there is a good seal to keep the food fresher. So far I still really like these products. Wish they came in a few additional sizes though. I like the easy open (yep you unlock the side clips and push down slightly on the lip to separate. You will hear a "woosh" which means these things seal really really well. The other clip lock types from other brands we have used did not have that. Love the fact we can lift up the clips and put food into the microwave still in the container with the lid on (gotta lift up the clips though so the air holes are exposed). I would say it almost steams the food because of the lids still on and makes stored food moist and fresher. They still wash well, don't stay so far. And as I said they do not "nest" BUT I really don't miss having to undo 4 or 5 containers to get to the little one in the center. Nesting is great for saving space but got really annoying so I would just put them in helter skelter because I did not always want to make time to "re nest" them. So these stack block like on top of each other depending on the sizes and I am fine with that. Really nice food storage containers, just want a few more sizes.
