I love the separate container for salad dressing and the divided compartments for different foods. We prep ahead of time, stack the containers in the fridge and just grab and go.

It's a great size for lunches especially and feels like a heavy duty container that won't easily break. The lid does seal very tight, so it's a little difficult to remove but not horrible. I'm not a huge fan of reheating in plastic but did try it and it held up fine and the built in vents under the latches seem to work nice as well. I did also try this with red sauces and it didn't stain the container at all, true to it's claim.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Rubbermaid Brilliance definitely makes food storage easy! The lid locks into place, and is super secure so I don't have to worry about leaks. I had no problem storing soups and sauces. It is also super easy to heat up. I can take it straight from the fridge, and it is microwave ready by simply popping up the latches to expose the vents. It is also stain resistant, so I don't have to worry about searching for the old orange stained tupperware to store my pasta! The only down side would be the fact that it is a bit pricey, but it is very durable.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I tried out the Rubbermaid Brilliance container in the 3.2 cup size. It's a nice clear, sturdy, glass-like container. However, since it isn't actually glass it's very light. It's a good food storage size for leftovers or work/school lunches of any sort. It's especially useful for soups, sauces and other liquids due to the unique spill proof lid. The container is microwave, dishwasher and freezer safe, making it very versatile. I did microwave some leftover soup in the container and it was splatter-proof as claimed. I havent yet used it in the freezer, and I currently have pancake batter in it. I'm glad to see it is BPA free and I do love the flat stackable lid. I find the price point on the expensive side, but based on my experience so far, I think it will be a useful addition to the kitchen. I would like to get a few more containers in other sizes. these containers would be useful for anyone, and I could see them as a nice way to present food to someone or part of a housewarming or shower gift.

I took this container for a week at my work trying different type of food like stew and my favourites chicken soup too. To my surprise for it did not leak anything in my lunch bag. the built is solid I dropped it twice but it did not break. Now I can take whatever I can for my lucnh without being worried of leakage. Loved it and definitely recommended.

Lock in, no tops fall off. Clean easy. Stacks up for storage and organizing. Far away the best set I have had.

My diet conscious wife takes a single serving of uncooked egg whites to work every day for breakfast. I bought her one of these as I thought it would be ideal for transporting the liquid to work and cooking it in the microwave when she got there. When she brought it home after the first use and I pulled it out of her bag I was very pleased to see the container hadn’t leaked a drop. When I went to wash it up, however, I was really disappointed. During transporting it looked like the liquid bounced around a lot as small amounts of it found its way into every little nook and cranny in the lid. It even somehow found its way into the area under the lock lever pivots. Putting it in the microwave to cook the egg whites caused those small amounts in all those nooks and crannies to over-cook and adhere themselves to the plastic, especially under the inside edge of the gasket. What a mess and what a pain to clean. My wife will use it until it not longer retains liquid which, hopefully, will be enough time to source a better product. I’d recommend this for home use, but that’s it.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I love the new Rubbermaid Brilliance food storage container. Its so easy to seal and close. I made Pillsbury cinnamon buns and I usually find a hard time finding a good size container that fits the left overs, but this one was the perfect size for them. It was tall enough that they didn't get squished with the icing going all over the top of the container. It sealed really easily with the two clamps on the side. It is such a tight seal, I could put it in my lunch bag with soup in it and not have to worry about it leaking if it gets knocked around. I will be buying more of these containers of the different sizes.

What's awesome about the product is that you can store your leftovers in it and then take it right to work, pop in the microwave and not have to worry about the product melting. The lid is also great because you can leave it on and just vent it in the microwave to reduce splatter. The product is quite expensive in comparison to glass containers. The cost per container would deter me in the future of purchasing the product.
